Appartement XXL - Ferienwohnung am Theater Haus Schill

The XXL holiday apartment in Haus Schill is 180 m² and features:
3 double bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed in a sleeping loft (see photo)
1 bedroom with a single bed and a cot (connecting room) to
1 large master bedroom with a double bed and a cot. There is also space here for another cot.
2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet,
1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 toilet, and 1 additional toilet.

The apartment has a large living room with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Next to the kitchen and living room is a lounge area for sitting, reading, and relaxing.

In total, the apartment is approved for 12 adults + 2 infants (in cots),

Free Wi-Fi. Freezer space is available in the basement for all guests (one freezer compartment per apartment).
Two cots and two high chairs are available in the XXL holiday apartment.



All guests of the house also have access to a large communal rooftop terrace. From here, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Stralsund Theatre. You’re also welcome to use the beautiful garden—where you’ll find a barbecue area. A dryer and a washing machine are available in the laundry room in the basement.



The Schillstrasse house has been remodeled several times. The original structure is the eave house with its striking, high gable roof. It dates back to around 1825. In the mid-19th century, an attic was added to the west side. In 1891, the rear of the building was given a new neo-Gothic design featuring a brick tower.

The charming garden, located right on the city wall, invites all guests to relax and enjoy a barbecue.
There is also a large communal rooftop terrace available. From here, you have a fantastic view of the Stralsund Theatre.

Parking is available in the nearby car parks “Am Meeresmuseum” and “Am Hafen.” With a parking discount voucher, you pay only 8.00 euros for 24 hours. The car parks feature paid electric vehicle charging stations.

Covered bicycle storage is available in the courtyard area (accessible to guests only).

The Olof-Palme-Platz bus stop for lines 1, 4, and 60 (Night Express) is right outside the door.



Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
