Please note that in this rural area, internet speed may be limited during holiday periods due to high demand, which can also affect the smart TV. Relax on the private balcony. Parking is available directly at the house. The apartment is close to the beach and well connected to public transport.



Please note: The apartment is located directly on Grießbuck street, so you may hear traffic noise during the day. As a classic gallery apartment, it features sloped ceilings and lower ceiling areas, making it less suitable for very tall guests. The apartment is on the 2nd floor; the gallery is accessed via a steep internal staircase. Therefore, it is not suitable for children or for elderly or mobility-impaired guests.

Die Wohnung war ok, allerdings gab es Kleinigkeiten, die nicht passten:- zu wenige Töpfe und Pfannen- Bett unter dem Dach ist ohne Lattenrost- kein Duschvorhang- sehr hellhörig und direkt an der Straße-
