V.I.P. Ground Floor Condo 1 Bedroom.

Cortez 102 is located in the Cortez building in Las Palomas Phase 2, close to the lobby, the restaurants and right in front of 2 infinity pools.

It can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children ( extra charge for 5th guest) featuring a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, a free extra bunk room (full/twin) and a Sofa Sleeper in the Living room.
All rentals through the resort Rental Pool, including daily cleaning and wristbands for up to 4 guests at no extra charge. Must declare number of guests at the time of reservation. A 5th guest can be accommodated subject to a $35.00/night.

This condo is actually a 1.5 bedroom as it features an additional bunk room for the kids so that you do not need to use the sofa bed !

If you are traveling in large groups, we also own Cabrillo 102 and Cabrillo 106 near by.

Great Location

Great location! Next to coffee shop and a short walk to pools and beach. The back patio provided great shade for the afternoon with kids and smaller size pools for a quick swim while doing dinner. The bunk bed addition was a great upgrade since our last stay in this condo.

First time in Rocky Point

This was our first time in Rocky point. We had a great time. The beach and pool are nice and clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. Our room was exactly what the pictures showed. We would stay here again!

Nice 1.5 bedroom condo on the ground floor at Las Paloma’s. Phase 2, walk out directly to the pool & beach! Clean, comfortable, lively condo!

Another great fall break

My family greatly enjoyed the convenience of the ground floor. Saturday night was a little rowdy outside the ground floor with ASU fall break but we have two other nights without any disturbance. Totally would choose this again!

Love it all, except the washer/dryer

The condo is beautiful and looks exactly as you would think from the picture. The condo location is also great since you can walk right out of your porch and into a pool. Beware of the washer/dryer! Neither work properly and destroyed a load of our clothes.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I and our two kids (ages 12 & 14) stayed here for three nights. The condo is tastefully decorated and very clean. It was fairly easy to make a reservation through the owner, and checking-in at the resort was the same. We took the owner's suggestion, and tipped the housekeeper. She cleaned the room spotless both nights. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Both my kids slept on the sleeper sofa the first night but preferred to sleep on the Murphy bed the other two nights. The resort itself is amazing! There's so much to do, from swimming in the many pools to jet skiing and riding the banana boat. Everyone at the resort was friendly and the drinks at the pool are relatively cheap compared to most resorts. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

BEWARE of Location!!!

This Unit is the first upon entry. Unfortunately, this has an adjacent wall to a full time construction unit. 7 days a week you will hear saws, hammering, pounding, dropping metal, and staple guns. All tenants need to pass by the door to get to the elevator or stairs - so continual noise is a factor. Keep in mind the shower doesn't drain, so plan on standing in everyone else's bathing water.

This condo is conveniently located in the first floor which is good or bad depending on your needs. There is better view form the upper levels but you have your car outside of the door… You get to have a pool just outside of the sliding doors to the other side.. The lighting is not great, kind of dark because the orientation of the building.. It doesn’t get much natural light. I have mixed feelings if I would choose to stay here or in a upper level with the inconvenience of being far from the car.. the condo was spacious and the bunk beds super useful when traveling with kids. No need to open the sofa bed… Good laundry room and everything you need in a kitchen. Salt and pepper.. no oil or any other condiments.. 9/10… with better lighting will be a 10…
