Fewo Apfel Striep - Neue Ferienwohnung

A lovingly furnished holiday rental on a linden tree-lined avenue right next to the orchards.
The holiday rental has two bedrooms (one bedroom with a 1.40-meter double bed, one bedroom with a 1.50-meter double bed and a single bed). The additional living area has another 1.40 m sofa bed and can be separated from the bedroom by an acoustic curtain. This allows for comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. However, a maximum of 4 workers can be accommodated!

The large kitchen-living room with a kitchen island is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, and standard small appliances, and is complemented by an adjacent, locked storage room.
A flat-screen TV, a small stereo system, a radio, and a fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection are available for your use.
Of course, we offer shared use of the garden, complete with a garden table, chairs, a parasol, lounge chairs, and a clothes drying rack. A charcoal grill is also available.
Board games, balls, and bocce balls are available.
The house has its own driveway with three parking spaces. An electric car charging station is located about 50 metres away. Additional parking spaces for cars and buses are available near the house.
Bicycles can be parked in the carport. However, there is only limited storage space in the lockable bike room. Charging e-bikes is possible.



New holiday rental:

This is a three-room apartment on the mezzanine level of a two-family house. Shoes can be stored in the stairwell. The apartment’s entryway features a pellet stove, which ensures cosy warmth even during inclement weather in the transitional seasons.
The rear bedroom with three beds is ideal for children. The living room is connected to the front bedroom by an open passageway and can be separated by an acoustic curtain.
The shower room has been renovated to be senior-friendly. 




The house was renovated in 2020, and the holiday rental was refurbished in March/April 2024.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Tolle Wohnung und schöne Gegend

Wir waren als Familie mit Großvater für drei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Sie war äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Pelletkamin war sehr angenehm warm. Die Gegend im Alten Land ist sehr schön. Wir konnten bequem einen Tagesausflug nach Hamburg machen. Bis Finkenwerder mit dem Auto und dann auf die Fähre mit Tagesticket oder Deutschlandticket. Stade und Buxtehude sind auch in der Nähe und besonders Stade ist sehr sehenswert. Es hat alles rundum gepasst. Die Wohnung mit samt Vermieterin ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne, liebevolle Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Vermieterin war ein wahrer Engel! Sie hat uns so viele Tipps gegeben und war so lieb auch zu unseren Kids. Auch hat es niemanden gestört, dass die Kinder mal lauter waren. Auch hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt! Es war einfach alles da was man brauchte mit einer 5-köpfigen Familie! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in die Nähe reisen! Danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt, auch wenn er nur sehr kurz war!
