Our Pinot Grigio apartment is 37 m2 in size and suitable for 2 - 4 people. The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and a terrace with adjoining garden facing south-west. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in winter.

Equipment

Dishwasher, coffee machine, satellite TV and free W-LAN, safe, bed linen, towels, dish towels, kettle, toaster, egg stove and a microwave on request.

This holiday home features a shared garden where you can relax. Public transport is within walking distance. One parking space per unit is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. There is a storage room for bicycles. The property has policies to help guests separate waste correctly; further information is provided on site. The accommodation is equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities. A free shuttle service to Merano-Maia Bassa train station is available. Newly built in 2021, the apartments offer wonderful views over Burggrafenamt, the mountains, and the Adige Valley to Bolzano. Centrally located in a very quiet area.

A lovely apartment with nice outdoor area and beautiful views. Very clean, modern and well equipped. The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning.

Die Fotos untertreiben was die Lage/ Ausblick angeht, in echt ist der kleine Garten/ Terrasse noch schöner. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, alles ganz neu, gut durchdacht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt, für 4 Personen wird es nach ein paar Tagen vielleicht etwas eng. Da wir nur zwei Nächte da waren, war es für uns mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Eine wirklich super tolle Ferienwohnung mit top Terasse und Garten

Pros: Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und super nett. Geben tolle Tips für Wanderungen und MTB Touren. Der Vermieter arbeitet in der Winzereigenossenschaft im Ort, Weinproben und eine Führung bei Ihm sind super, denn er lebt für seine Region. Wir kommen wieder.
