Country House 'Canova' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

This magnificent Finca is situated on a beautiful property of 14.000 m² planted with olive and palm trees near the village of Ariany. The elevated location of the finca offers a spectacular panoramic view over Es Pla and the Tramuntana mountains.



The house with 430 m² of living space in a luxurious ambience offers a total of eight bedrooms spread over two floors (2 of which are suites with their own terrace), two fully equipped kitchens, six bathrooms (including 2 en suite) and two spacious living/dining rooms with satellite TV and WiFi Internet.



As soon as you enter the entrance hall, you immediately realise that this is a truly extraordinary holiday home. To the left and right are the two living wings, each part housing a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with access to the terrace. From the stairs in the entrance hall you reach the upper floors, which in turn are divided into two parts, each with three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suites with private terraces with stunning views of the property. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and TV.



Around the house extends a spacious, partly covered terrace with two corner sofas and two dining tables. From the terrace you can go down a few steps to the solarium to the large infinity pool of 14 mx 7 m (depth 0,60 mx 1,90 m), from here you have a breathtaking view over the island up to the Tramuntana mountains. In the pool there is a small paddling pool which also functions as a fountain.

There is a mobile barbecue, a ping-pong table and for the little ones a playground with slide and trampoline, so that the little ones never get bored. There is plenty of parking space on the property.



There is an extra cost for heating oil in winter.

The electricity consumption included is for moderate use, beyond this, the additional fee will be charged on departure.
