Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We received the check in instructions, for us to call the owner. The owner did not answer his phone. We tried several times to contact him, via WhatsApp and SMS messages. Still no response from the owner. We called NOVASOL and they could not get any answer from the owner. And NOVASOL hung up the phone on me. We never did gain access to the apartment. We had to stay at a nearby hotel. We never received any response from the owner or NOVASOL. We are very disappointed!!! Also NOVASOL refuses to give our money back!!!! Don’t ever book with NOVASOL!!!
