On the outskirts of the North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel, surrounded by the beautiful East Frisian countryside, lies our active farm, “Grafthof,” nestled among East Frisian fields and meadows.

Despite this secluded, very quiet location, it’s just under two kilometres to the beach and all the tourist attractions in Neuharlingersiel. That means a lovely, relaxing walk or bike ride—your first dose of health for the day on the way to our beautiful North Sea spa town!

The “Grafthof” itself is an oasis of peace and relaxation for your especially wonderful holiday!

Your holiday apartment at the “Grafthof” offers exclusive comfort and very tasteful interior design and furnishings, with space for two to four people and one additional toddler, or one to two people and one additional toddler. We’ve truly thought of everything you might need on your holiday: a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and even a spa shower with a special shower panel—and much more.

The “Grafthof” is an active, traditional East Frisian marsh farm (“Vollerwerbshof”) on the East Frisian North Sea coast.
Adults especially enjoy the secluded tranquility and the unobstructed views in all directions around the farm—and, of course, the beach chair on the wooden deck by our pond with real koi carp, which are truly worth watching. Of course, there are other lovely spots in the garden as well, and garden furniture is available for your use. There are also old, shady trees here, so that you, our dear guests, can truly relax in the sun or, for example, comfortably read a book in the shade.

Meanwhile, the children play somewhere on the spacious grounds away from traffic, for example on the large football field with the goal, as well as on the toddler playground with the swings and seesaws.

Here you’ll find wonderful conditions for a beautiful and very relaxing holiday in East Frisia. From our property—and, by the way, also from the window at the breakfast table—you can look out over vast countryside as well as lush meadows and fields—unobstructed views and fresh air, all within a safe yet very short distance from the fishing village of Neuharlingersiel! Early in the morning, you can watch hares and fallow deer right from your holiday rental! And we’d be happy to tell you about the quieter spots along the North Sea as well.

Our location is ideal for walks, bike rides, and all kinds of explorations of East Frisia’s unique and diverse natural landscape. Enjoy an active yet relaxing holiday by the North Sea and make the most of the region’s invigorating climate. And of course, in the evenings, take a stroll along the dike or through the idyllic fishing harbour of the North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel!

Neuharlingersiel is a 300-year-old fishing village with an active fleet of crab cutters. In the fishing harbour, East Frisian fishing is still actively practised today by many shrimp boats.

There’s a wide range of tourist attractions for your holiday: the beach with the fantastic “Platschi” water play area, the new, modern “BadeWerk” spa and wellness centre with a seawater indoor pool and sauna facilities, as well as the Kurhaus, Kursaal, and information centre with the “Leuchttürmchen” children’s playhouse, the Sielhof as the “House of Guests,” green spaces, events, a lovingly maintained historic harbour, and much more.

Neuharlingersiel is located right in the middle of the East Frisian North Sea coast, on the mainland directly across from the island of Spiekeroog.
