Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, furnished to a very high standard with its own large heated* private pool which also has an integrated Jacuzzi. Situated on the 5 star 'Mar Menor' gated golf resort offering superb on site facilities including an 18 hole golf course.
The resort is situated in a tranquil setting and is close to Murcia and Alicante Airports, with local beaches, shops and restaurants within easy driving distance. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance both on the resort and along the boulevard which runs adjacent to the front of the resort.
There is also a large Spar shop on the resort for all your daily needs.
The region enjoys a perfect all year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 21C. The English speaking on-site management company will help you with any queries during your stay.
The villa is one of the larger 4 bedroom designs with a large lounge area and adjoining kitchen and outside patio area with a large 10m pool (50 square meters). Furnished to a very high standard with cable TV providing english channels. The lounge has a 40' LCD TV. The downstairs bedroom has a wall mounted TV with a wii games console and the master bedroom also has a wall mounted TV.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bathroom has a large shower enclosure. The downstairs bathroom has a corner shower unit with toilet and handbasin.
A safe is included for your valuables.
The villa is sited in one of the larger garden plots surrounded by a wooden fence and hedges, providing adequate privacy from neighbouring villas and is not overlooked by other villas at the rear.
The enclosed garden contains a large pool (with child proof fencing) surrounded by a large patio area, including a canopied seating area. There are 8 sun loungers provided and with a sun terrace as well as the large patio area all day sun bathing is possible.
There is a driveway for off road parking.
The front of the villa overlooks a very pretty plaza with palm trees, fountains and places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is also an enclosed childrens play area.
The rental fee includes: Linen, Towels, Laundry, Departure Clean, AC in all main rooms, free internet and Cable TV.
* Pool heating can be provided at £25/ day. The pool heating is provided by an air sourced heat pump so pool temperature can be adversely affected by the weather.
Arranged early check in and late departures charged at £10/ hour.

We had a lovely stay in this villa, a family of 4 with children ages 3 and 6. The pool was such a great size and the villa very clean and tidy with everything you need. Thankyou for a lovely stay we very much enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back in the further.

Fabulous villa, worked very well for our family group of 8, across 3 generations. Excellent pool, extensive secluded outdoor areas, in quiet area, convenient for all amenities. The villa owner and his local manager, were easy to contact and happy to provide information and advice when we needed it. Can definitely recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

Great villa in gated community

Lovely villa with plenty of space and good sized pool. Was very peaceful and relaxing. Good communication with booking from the owner, thank you. We ate in the plaza at Los Alcazares where there are many restaurants and also at restaurants a 2 min drive from villa.

Lovely spacious villa on a wonderful resort - very quiet but with facilities near by. Good communication with the owner and simple instructions to access the property . The best part of the property is the outside space ! Lovely size pool and large terrace - some covered so you can get out of the sun ! Some aspects are a little tired but doesn’t impact the stay

A very enjoyable stay

We had a very nice time at the apartment and enjoyed our stay. The resort management were very helpful and dealt with a couple of small issues we had very promptly when we first arrived. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing break.

Fantastic villa

Me and my family had a great 2 weeks in this villa, it had everything you need and just a 10 min drive to los alcazares for the beach and loads of restaurants and bars. There are also plenty of really good restuarants just outside the complex. The very large pool was amazing in this weather and they cleaned it at least 4 times while we were there. Overall we all enjoyed the stay and would whole heartedly recommend it.

Perfect stay

First time staying in Mar Menor as we normal are in El Valle, but the Villa and location is much better for us here. The pool is big and perfect for the 7 of us to enjoy with loads of space. The outside dining and bbq was perfect along with all the space inside for us all. Well equipped and just what we needed. Would recommend and stay again for sure. Thanks for letting us stay Barry.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful Villa with one the biggest pools on the resort ... the pool heating in April was certainly worth it. The villa is well stocked with everything you need and any questions or advice the host was quick to reply ..Lovely garden and great place to relax. Certainly reccomend it and deffo will be returning .. Thanks for a great week of chilling !!

The property was nice and comfortable. There was 8 adults staying at the property for a golf holiday, plenty big enough, nice size pool and out door area. Had everything we needed and walking distance to club house, restaurants and boulebard. Great service from key holder and owner. Comfy beds. Great Resort and Location

We had a great holiday with family - the pool is large and very clean - a real essential in the heat. The villa has really comfy beds and plenty of crockery and utensils for bbq and stay at home meals. It’s a 15 minute walk to the busy areas of the resort and located in a beautiful and quiet area. The outdoor areas of the villa exceeded our expectations however the interior is a little dated in places (bathrooms and general decor) but this didn’t affect our enjoyment overall. We would recommend.

Beautiful Villa

Absolutely beautiful villa with everything you need for a fabulous holiday, we have stayed in a few over the years and this is by far the best one. The pool was a great hit with all of us adults and children alike and having it heated was a massive bonus. Barry was brilliant answered any questions quickly and also rang a few days before we went to check things with us. Will definitely use this villa again if we return to Mar Menor and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family - stayed from June 22nd to June 29th

Golf Break

Just back from our golf break at Mar Menor - 7 of us stayed in the villa, which was absolutely brilliant and a great size for our group. Paid for heated pool, which was fabulous. Great communication from Barry along the way, as this is my first experience of VRBO. Missing the place already - thanks Barry !

Great location for exploring and staying in

We had a multinational group of 6 Adults our 17 year old daughter and 8 month grandchild. The Villa was perfect for all of us and we had an amazing time. The Villa and especially the pool and outside areas were great and we used regularly. The younger members of the group wanted to go to the beaches more and lots of really nice beaches within 10-15 mins so they could go whenever they wanted. The road access to places is good and we spent days out at many different places both along the coast and into Murcia. Overall great time and we were all sad to leave

We were two couples and the villa worked for us, so much space. The outside area is exceptional, so much of it for dining and sunbathing and the pool is so large. We paid for pool heating which was well worth it. The villa has everything you need and really comfy beds. We didnt spend that much time inside (only to sleep) as the weather was fantastic. It is a good 15 mins walk to the main area and the Boulevard where you find some good restaurants. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Wonderful Weeks Holiday

My family and I had a lovely holiday at this beautiful villa. Barry was very easy to deal with, double checking everything was in place the week before we arrived. The check in process was so easy as well. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We all loved spending time in the huge pool which was very clean, we paid extra for pool heating which was ideal for this time of year. The villa is ideally located on the gated resort which its own large supermarket where we enjoyed regularly buying their fresh baguettes and croissants. Los Alcazares, 10 mins away, is a lovely town with a nice beach and lots of lovely restaurants, it has a very safe family vibe. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Taste of heaven

We have stayed on the golf resort twice before and have never been disappointed. The layout of the resort is easy to navigate with children and a disability. The properties are well spaced and well kept. This was our first stay in this villa and we were not disappointed. Picking up the keys was straight forward and the owner was extremely helpful prior to our arrival (and during) particularly since he had very short notice of our booking. The Villa was clean to perfection and the overall presentation was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very pleasing. We found everything that we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The outdoor space was amazing and there were plenty of places to sit and relax. It is a very well kept villa which I would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back!!

Fun in the winter sun!

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday, the villa suited us perfectly for 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 18 months to 13. The villa has everything you could need for a really comfortable stay, the outside space is the biggest I’ve come across on the resort and the pool more than big enough for us all to be in at the same time. The pool fence gave us the added comfort knowing our youngest child couldn’t get to the pool. Would recommend having the pool heated out of season as it meant the children could play in it all day without getting cold.Owner Barry could not have been more helpful and we will definitely be returning again. We have stayed at a number of villas on the resort over the years but this one is by the far the best, on a fabulous plot not overlooked by anyone. Would highly recommend.

New year 2024

Lovely size villa in a great location however we felt it wasnt very clean, the fridge, crockery, and light shades. The iron tip is broken so damaged a shirt. No spare batteries for the remotes. The bed in the middle room is not adequate for an adult.The bathroom radiators are quite rusted. There is also a crack in the ceiling above the table in the kitchen. The heating doesnt go off or the individual radiators. We felt like the pool and garden was a good space and the villa was great for the price..
