Landhaus Ostseeblick WE 13: friendly 2-room apartment with balcony close to the beach

This friendly, beachfront 2-room apartment (approx. 47 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living room and bedroom have carpeted floors, while the hallway, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; and various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny balcony (facing southeast), which is approximately 6 m² in size and furnished with balcony furniture. Here, you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchenette includes a built-in kitchen unit with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, a hot-air fryer, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom (with a view of the nearby Baltic Sea and Lake Riedensee) is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, nightstands, a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. For your entertainment, there is another flat-screen TV available here.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for 2 more people.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as heated floors and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror) and shoe rack in the spacious entryway of the apartment.

To keep your valuables safe, you can use the in-apartment safe.

The park’s garden features a spacious lawn for sunbathing as well as a barbecue area, both of which are available for shared use by all guests of the apartment complex.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and a clothes dryer are located in Building 3a of the holiday apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be parked in front of the building in the residential complex’s designated bicycle areas. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop near your apartment complex if you’re interested.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
