The bright living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa that unfolds to 1.40 x 2.00, a 42-inch smart TV, and a small, cosy dining area for 4 people. You can wind down your evening in peace on one of the two balconies (east & west) with a glass of wine. Both balconies are equipped with an awning for sun protection.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and other appliances, leaving nothing to be desired. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet with storage for all your luggage. The bathroom with a shower is equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
All windows have privacy screens as well as blackout pleated blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

This apartment is especially dog-friendly, and right in the entryway, your four-legged friend will find his own little coat rack.
