WATERFRONT LOUNGEThe name says it all!

The WATERFRONT LOUNGE is located directly on the harbour promenade on the 2nd floor, a small and modern holiday apartment for up to 4 people that exudes a relaxed feel-good atmosphere.

Centrally located yet quiet, the WATERFRONT LOUNGE offers a stunning view of the harbour with its boats and colourful hustle and bustle. The small shops on the promenade invite you to stroll and shop, and the well-stocked EDEKA supermarket with a bakery caters for all your daily needs.



Guests can easily reach their holiday home by lift and look straight ahead through the open-plan living/dining area with its floor-to-ceiling windows onto the harbour. Could it be more beautiful?

With a view of the waterfront with the harbour, the floating houses and the Baltic Sea, every meal becomes a special kind of holiday experience. The perfectly equipped eat-in kitchen makes it possible to prepare a wide variety of dishes and baked goods.

The modern concrete look of the floor serves as a platform for the stylish and cosy furnishings. High-quality oak furniture and a fine teak table as well as the comfortable lounge furniture exude elegance and a cosy atmosphere. The sofa can be converted into a double bed with an exquisite mattress in just a few simple steps. In the living area you will find a smart TV for alternative entertainment.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double box-spring bed promises restful sleep and a Smart TV is available for cosy movie nights.

The bathroom is lovingly furnished and pampers guests with a floor-level shower that ensures a relaxed start to the day. You will also find a washer-dryer here.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht. Sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung, es fehlte nichts. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Balkon nur morgens Sonne abbekommt.

Urlaub

Man kommt in diese Wohnung und fühlt sich wohl. Liebevoll mediterran eingerichtet, hell, und ruhig. Einfach toll. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Ein gut sortiertes EDEKA Geschäft ganz in der Nähe. Lidl, Aldi , Rewe ein Ort weiter.

Die ergaben des Parkplatzes war doppelt. Dann sollte wir immer woanders parken. Wir mußten erst selbst suchen, ob der Parkplatz mit dem Wohnungssnamen beschriftet war. In der Saison wäre mir die Belegungsdichte zu viel. Die Wohnung an sich entsprach meinen Vorstellungen.
