The property and host were excellent. However, working with VRBO and the affiliate Holidu was TERRIBLE!!!! I sent several messages via VRBO to the host Holidu which were never answered. The virtual agent is a complete waste of time. I told the virtual agent that my messages were not being responded to. The VA just sent me the booking information that was already listed on the site. Not a good experience!
