3-room terraced house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Dining room with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 french bed and air conditioning. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
