Enjoy wonderful days in our lovingly designed, bright 1.5 room apartment (29m2) for max 4 people (2 adults +2 Ki) in Burgtief Südstrand, in the immediate vicinity of the sandy beach (approx. 200m). The apartment on the 2nd floor (lift is available) has its own parking space.

The apartment is exclusively a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

Rooms & Equipment
Our renovated apartment is lovingly furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children).
When you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the fully equipped kitchen with a small kitchenette (2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
In a separate area there is a high-quality, comfortable, pull-out fold-out bed with a lying surface of 90x200, which can be easily folded down if necessary. Here you will also find the multi-purpose closet with vacuum cleaner, broom, mopping bucket & mop and hand brush set.
A sliding door leads to the renovated, cosy living-sleeping area. This is equipped with a double bed (180x200 with 2 single mattresses), wardrobe, dining table with 4 chairs, TV and a cosy, multifunctional sofa bed. The Otomanen (lying surface) can be pulled out separately and the backrests can be adjusted separately from each other with a regulator in 3 different levels, so that you can make yourself comfortable after an eventful day and end the day individually. When both Otomanes are extended, there is a lying surface of about 160x190. A sideboard for even more storage space is also available.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, towel radiator, large mirror, sink cabinet, tall cabinet with an open shelf for even more storage options.

Location description
The apartment is located in the south of the sunny island of Fehmarn in the village of Burgtiefe, only a few minutes' walk (approx. 200m) from the fine sandy beach. The marina is also only a few steps away. In the immediate vicinity there are cafés, restaurants and a bakery (opening hours depending on the season). Near the harbour is the holiday centre with many tourist facilities, such as the FehMare (swimming pool with sauna) and the Vitarium with palm trees. You can also visit the restaurants in the shopping arcade. If you are hungry in between, you will find a 24-hour pizza machine at the harbour.
In the immediate vicinity you can reach numerous opportunities for leisure activities. Here are some examples: adventure playgrounds, cycle paths, surfing and kite school, boat rental, bicycle rental, beach chair rental. Other excursion options are: horseback riding on the beach and across the island, butterfly park, adventure golf, silo climbing in Burgstaaken at the harbour, lighthouses (e.g. in Flügge with a panoramic view over the island), Galileo World of Knowledge and much more.
From the south beach to the village of Burg, the centre of the island, it is only 4km, which you can cover either on foot, by bike, car or by public bus (stop directly at the marina). There you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and shops to stroll.

An early check-in with arrival from 10 a.m. or a late check-out with departure by 4 p.m. can optionally be booked for an extra charge of € 20.00 each. We can always confirm this for you at the earliest 1 week before arrival / departure, please send inquiries by email. In the high season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to the direct follow-up booking.
Note on follow-up bookings in the high season: In the high season, we can only accept direct follow-up bookings, which means that each booking must follow directly on from the previous and the following booking. Or there must be a gap between two bookings in the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot control this automatically, so we have to check this rule manually after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us from 01.08.2022 onwards, there may be a separate billing of a flat rate for energy costs. Detailed information on this can be found in our terms and conditions under point 4.
