L'appartamento aveva quello che ci aspettavamo,il posto decisamente tranquillo e vicino a posti dove avevamo programmato di andare. In generale abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza.

Tres bien situé pour visiter les cinque terres pise lucques mais batiment devrait etre mieux isolé du bruit. Point negatif : peu de vaisselle, matelas pas tres confortable. Dommage car l appartement est tres spacieux.

Résidence idéalement située entre la Toscane et les Cinque Terre. Accueil par une personne parlant le français. Logement correct même si l'isolation phonique n'est pas sa qualité première. Dommage également qu'il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine.(plats, saladiers etc..) Vacances conformes à nos attentes.

Ottimo residence con appartamento ampio e bel terrazzo. Con grande piscina/bar e bellissimo parco. Adiacente al residence ottimo ristorante pizzeria Airone. Nelle vicinanze un Conad city, forno, farmacia, bar e veterinario. Bellissime passeggiate a piedi e in bici. A soli 5min dal mare di Marinella /fiumaretta. Aperto tt l'anno. Struttura da rivedere

Gli anni passati dalla sua costruzione si vedono tutti. Qualche piastrella sconnessa, prese dell'impianto elettrico molto deboli all'estrazione di una spina, acqua calda con boiler, igienici antichi, rubinetti separati per acqua calda e fredda e con la cromatura saltata, doccia con le fughe tra le piastrelle ingiallite, mancanza di forno a microonde ed infissi piuttosto ornamentali. Queste le cose che non mi sono piaciute. Prezzo alto, non adeguato a quanto offerto. Non ci ritornerei.

Günstige Unterkunft nah am Strand

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut gepflegt. Alles ist sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Probleme (wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer), werden sofort gelöst. Absolute Ruhe sucht man hier allerdings vergebens. Im Hotel sind häufig Jugendgruppen, man hört bis Mitternacht die Pizzeria und häufig feiern Gäste im Garten. Die nahe Autobahn hört man bei offenem Fenster die ganze Nacht. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 25 Minuten, das Hotel bietet gratiseinen Shuttle.

Ottima struttura in posizione strategica. Buoni i servizi offerti a parte il frigorifero minimal non adatto a famiglia. Manca qualche accessorio in cucina e consiglierei un forno microonde presente ormai ovunque. Nel complesso ottimo e lo consiglio a tutti. Personalmente ci tornerò volentieri

Appartamento nella media posto in una struttura che comincia a sentire il peso degli anni ,letti e cuscini veramente scarsi e stoviglie ridotte al minimo.Piscina decente e parco bello,non ci sono posti auto sufficienti.
