Like a paradise

If you look for a quiet location on a countryside far away from city center, this place should serve your needs perfectly. The nicely equipped house with its spacious garden resides on top of a hill with a stunning view to a Tuscany landscape and the comparably sizable pool was ideal for swimming. When we arrived we were nicely welcomed by the owners. Whenever we had a question or wish, they provided all the guidance needed. In summary, it was a memorable vacation in a perfect location.

A dream house with fantastic hosts

This house is more then wonderful. Built and equipped with love. Every room is wonderful decorated. The bathroom is very modern and provides three showers. A stunning view into the valley and a beautiful garden around the nice pool area. But not even the house is wonderful. So is the host family. So friendly, warm-hearted and nice people. It's nearly as if you are part of this lovely family. We would like to say again: Grazie mille per tutti!!!

Het was onze tweede keer in dit huis. Beviel weer prima. Badkamer kraan is lastig te verstellen ( warmte) en de matrassen worden iets minder stevig. Op termijn zou het meubilair ( bank en stoelen) eens vernieuwd kunnen worden. Verder alles goed, overdracht en contact met de verhuurder is erg goed. Vanuit het huisje kun je prima allerlei uitstapjes maken naar Italiaanse steden.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus hält alles, was es verspricht! Die Aussicht vom allein genutzten großen Garten auf die umliegenden Hügel ist super. Der Pool ist gut temperiert, sauber und groß. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. In den Schlafzimmern mit hohen Betten schläft man sehr gut. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Bereit gestellte Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind umfangreich. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Sie sind für Fragen da, bleiben aber sehr diskret. Perfekt!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit tollem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft. Der herrlich große Garten mit Olivenbäumen spendet natürlichen Schatten und der Pool ist sauber und groß.. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Alles war sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet.

Schitterend huis en fantastische tuin

Casale Uliveta is een erg mooi huis, met een mooie tuin. Het zwembad is ook goed onderhouden en maakt het af. De aankomst in San Miniato was zeer prettig en er stond van alles in de koelkast en op tafel voor ons klaar aan eten en drinken. Met de familie is prima te communiceren en bij problemen reageren ze direct en de problemen worden vlot afgehandeld. Een zeer ontspannen vakantie gehad.

Wir sind zum 2.Mal da gewesen, das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Garten, tolle Sicht, stille Strasse und reizende Gast-Familie. Zu empfehlen !

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Vermieter ! Zentral gelegen zu vielen interessanten Orten ( Pisa, Florenz, San Gimingnano usw. ). Ich würde das Haus ohne zu zögern einem Freund weiterempfehlen.

Superbes vacances en Toscane.

Acceuil très chaleureux par les propriétaires malgré notre arrivée un peu tardive ! Nous avons apprécié leurs petites attentions et leur réactivité. La maison est très propre, agréable, on s'y sent bien (3 belles chambres fonctionnelles et une salle de bain spacieuse), la cuisine est bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique, superbe piscine, belle terrasse, vue dégagée sur les collines et les vignes !!! L'environnement est calme. Nous avons visité Florence, San Gimignano, Pise, Sienne et San Miniato. Excellent séjour ! Au plaisir d'y retourner peut-être un jour...

Ein perfektes Haus an perfektem Standort

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, großzügige Räumlichkeiten mit jeglichem Komfort, komplett ausgestattete Küche und ultra modernes Badezimmer, Terrasse und Riesengarten mit großartiger Aussicht, Pool und Tischtennisplatte. Der Aufenthalt im Haus und auch die perfekte Lage mittig zwischen Pisa und Florenz bieten die bestmögliche Kombination von Entspannung und erlebnisreichen Ausflügen. Familie T. ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleibt einzig der Wunsch, dorthin zurückzukehren.

Genau wie bereits beschrieben! Vermieter-Familie wirklich ganz herzlich und unkompliziert, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Ausflüge: Lucca (Rikscha Radeln auf der Stadtmauer), zum obligatorischen Turm von Pisa, nach Montecatini (Standseilbahn). Einmal an den Strand bei Livorno, aber dann gleich wieder zurück an den großen Pool in dem schönen Garten! Essen gehen in SanMiniato Basso bei Barbarossa. Vor der Haustür kl Spaziergang auf dem Via Francigena. Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie!

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Casale L'Uliveta und sind rundherum begeistert: Familie T. ist – das muss man erlebt haben – unglaublich gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend, das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der von uralten Olivenbäumen gerahmte Garten ist einfach traumhaft angelegt. Die Aussicht über die toskanische Landschaft ist wunderschön, so dass der nächste Urlaub in der Casale L'Uliveta schon geplant und gebucht ist – wir sagen vielen Dank für eine richtig tolle Zeit!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und in gutem Zustand eingerichtet. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Highlight für unsere Kinder waren das große Schwimmbad und die Tischtennisplatte im eigenen Garten. Man ist in einer knappen Stunde an vielen schönen und sehenswerten Orten der Toskana: Florenz, Pisa, Vinci, Lucca, San Gimignano, ... Alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub.
