Wunderschöne Lage, Ausstattung angemessen, Pool sehr groß, könnte aber besser temperiert sein.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.
Ist nur für 4 Erwachsene geeignet, ist bei der Buchung und Auswahl nicht eindeutig.
W-Lan ist nicht abgesichert.

Erholsam und idyllisch
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Highlights waren die Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht bis nach Elba/Korsika und der Pool direkt vor der Wohnung.

3 Erwachsene und 3 Teenies haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt;
den niedrigen Raum haben wir kompensiert, indem die 3 Teenies in das größere Schlafzimmer einquartiert wurden und die Erwachsene Person hat die Ruhe im niedrigen Zimmer genossen.

Viel Platz und super Aussicht
Geräumige Wohnung über zwei Etagen mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und San Vincenzo, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen, kurzer Weg zum Einkauf (mit Auto!!), sehr gut funktionierendes WLAN, Wasserdruck und heisses Wasser ebenfalls sehr gut - ein kleines Manko: etwas hellhörig, wenn nebenan Betten verschoben werden und Kinder herumtoben. Leckeres Olivenöl als Willkommensgeschenk!!!

5 Sterne für die Lage, aber….
Die Lage dieser Anlage ist super schön - der Ausblick jeden Tag immer wieder toll! Der Pool groß und sauber…der Großvater kümmert sich rührend darum! ABER: Die Wohnung ist auf keinen Fall für 6 Personen geeignet. Das 3.Schlafzimmer ist als Abstellkammer gut zu nutzen. Die Deckenhöhe ist max.Kleinkind tauglich! Das größte Manko ist aber die Ausstattung: Alt,unbequem,Sofa durchgebrochen,Toilettenbrille ausgerissen,….hier besteht dringend Handlungsbedarf!Geld für besseres Mobiliar ausgeben…

super Aussicht
Das Ferienappartment 80m2 war sehr schön grosse Küche, schönes Schlafzimmer unten und oben, Dusche/WC waren auch gut. Das Reduit bzw. 3 Schlafzimmer ist sehr niedrig mit Schrägenbalken und nur für kleine Kinder geeignet im Hochsommer ist es oben mega heiss, (Klimanlage im 2. SZ oben aber gebührenpflichtig nicht inklusive!!) Sitzplatz war gross und schattig hatten Appartment Nr. 1 die anderen haben schon mehr Sonne und müssen mit Schirm beschatten. Pool sehr sauber, und toll, Aussicht maximal!!!

Gut aber mit Einschränkung
Leider ist das 3. Schlafzimmer nur ca. max.180 hoch - schräg abfallend - ohne wirkliches Fenster, ausser man kriecht dorthin - sehr dunkel und nicht zum verweilen - ist maximal für spontane Zusatzbesuche zu nutzen - aber ohne Zusatzkosten. Leider kein Wohnzimmer, das Sofa - 2 Sitzer steht unter der Treppe - lediglich ein Tisch in der Küche für "gemütliches" Verweilen. Der Pool ist toll, ebenso die Lage. Die freundliche Vermieterin spricht leider weder Deutsch noch Englisch -

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Gut für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr freundliche Hausbesitzer. Ausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein, insbesondere Gläser und Geschirr. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienanlage, was natürlich eine gewisse Nähe zu den anderen Urlaubern beinhaltet. Das muss man mögen.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Haus für 6 Personen und sind etwas enttäuscht über die Hellhörigkeit im Haus. Es ist definitiv nur für 4 Personen geeignet. Schlafzimmer für 5te und 6te Person ist nur mit Kleinkindern möglich (3. Schlafzimmer ist eher ein Verschlag), aber genau das ist der Kritikpunkt. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen nicht geeignet. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter hat man es garnicht gemütlich. Die Stühle sind extrem unbequem und das winzige Sofa ist total durchgessen.

Nur 10 Minuten bis zum Meer und schönen Pinienwald. Gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die Bergdörfer sowie Massa M. Gepflegte Anlage. Nur mit Auto zu empfehlen. Ruhige Lage.
