Rustic chalet "Lippnerhütte", 1'500 m a.s.l., from the 18th century, surrounded by meadows and fields. Above Vorderlanersbach 3 km from the centre of Tux, 4 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 15 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Lanersbach Eggalmbahnen/Tux" 1.1 km, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 12.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Eggalm 4 km, Hintertux 10 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Animals in the neighbourhood. Recommendable for experienced guests who are familiar with the typical facilities of this property. The balcony may only be used partially.

Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) living room with satellite TV and radio. 1 double bedroom. Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Low door height 180 cm ceiling height 190 cm. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony 10 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Die Hütte is wunderschön und gemütlich mit Holzofen und allem was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sofort, wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Lage an der Piste spricht natürlich für sich. Gerne wieder!

Weinig comfort

Het vakantiehuis ligt op een hele mooie locatie dicht bij de piste. Het huis zelf heeft weinig comfort. De hal is koud. De badkamer beneden heeft alleen een ligbad en weinig licht. Ook geen ventilatie in beide badkamers. Het is verder een donker huis en primitief. Houtkachel in de keuken moet constant gestookt worden om huis te verwarmen. Bedden zijn wel van goede kwaliteit.

Uralte Hütte mit Charme

Die Hütte ist groß u, geräumig, alles urig und alt. Man muss aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf stößt, bei den kleinen Durchgängen. Großer Küchenaufenthaltsraum, herrlicher Küchenofen, Holz in Mengen zur Verfügung. Wunderschöner Blick aus dem Küchenfenster: Wasserquelle mit Wasserrad und hübsche kleine Rosenkranzkapelle am Hang. WLAN gibt es leider nicht. Auch sollte man sich im, Sommer einen Ventilator fürs Schlafzimmer mitnehmen. Strom kostet extra. Leider KEINE Terrasse zum draußen Essen

Characterful historical home in beautifu

This is a spacious building with good facilities. Not luxurious but has what you need. Setting is wonderful with hiking paths past the door and views of the Alps. It is an old building and is dark and creaky, but my children loved it. NB no washing machine and nearest place to wash clothes is Camping Platz in Mayrhofen!

Urige Hütte, aber stressig

Eine wundervolle zeitreise zurück ins 14. Jahrhundert mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal und zum Gletscher. Ganz ohne WLan kann man hier die Langsamkeit geniessen und ein paar Wallfahrer, die direkt an der Hütte vorbei den Rosenkranzweg pilgern. Wenn da nicht am Schluß ein Druck und Zeitstress aufkäme, die Hütte rechtzeitig zu verlassen.

Sehr gemütliches haus oben auf den berg,

wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Heizung in der Küche erfolgt mit Holz. Sehr gemütlich und eine schöne Aussicht. Es gibt kein WLAN Unser Rat ist, eine unbegrenzte Datenkarte für einen Monat zu kaufen und einen Hotspot einzurichten. oder natürlich eine Woche lang kein WLAN

Es war ganz ok

Das haus ist wie beschrieben 300 Jahre Alt. Es ist Ok wenn man keine Ansprüche hat . Der weg dadurch das es auf dem Berg liegt ist sehr umständlich. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen, da es auch im Sommer doch sehr Kalt ist . Wir haben die Elektronischen Heizkörper nicht genutzt da die enormen Stromkosten uns doch abgeschreckt haben . Alles in allem für einen zünftigen Männerurlaub zu empfehlen aber nix für einen Familien Urlaub.
