In the district of Stummerberg 2.7 km from the centre of Stumm, 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, in a sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Supermarket 2.7 km, bus stop "Stummerberg Untergassen" 400 m, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake 6 km. Mountain railway 10 km, ski lift 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalbahn/Kaltenbach 4 km, Spieljochbahn/Fügen 10 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon

Die Wohnung hat Platz für 5 Personen, ist sauber und gepflegt. Der große Balkon mit Traumblick lädt einfach zum Draußensitzen und Genießen ein. Supermarkt, Freibad, Spielplatz und Restaurants sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ohne das geht es hier allerdings nicht. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Unseren Müll sind wir nicht immer los geworden, da alles voll. Und die Eigentümer sind früh wach, was sie einen mit laut knallenden Türen wissen lassen. Sonst waren alle sehr nett.

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung in den Bergen. Für Einkauf und Ausflüge wird Auto benötigt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Vermieter sehr freundlich und nett. Ideal zum Wandern, Ausflüge oder relaxen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank nochmal.

Ruhige Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick und der große Balkon sind spektakulär. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir (Eltern) waren zum Skiurlaub mit 1 jährigen Kleinkind und Oma und Opa eine Woche dort und sehr begeistert. Super Sauber, alles fürs Kind da, kleiner Spielplatz plus Rodelberg waren das Highlight. Skikeller sowie Parkplatz am Haus wunderbar. Die Aussicht vom überdachten Balkon sowie die Sitzmöglichkeiten auch dort sind überwältigend. Brötchenservice um 7 Uhr bereits ist Urlaub pur.

Toller Ausblick in das Zillertal

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Blick in das Zillertal. Der große Balkon lädt einfach nur zum Entspannen und geselligen Abenden im Freien ein. . Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter ist einfach nur top. Zu 100% empfehlenswert. Wir haben unsere Woche im März sehr genossen.

Tolle Fewo und nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung hat eine geniale Aussicht, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Das kostenfreie WLAN funktioniert gut und den Brötchenservice per App nehmen wir gern in Anspruch. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach herrlich.

Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit

Super Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wunderschöner Balkon mit einer genialen Aussicht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider kam aufgrund Corona der Kontakt etwas zu kurz. Die Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne neue gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Es gibt einen Skiraum mit Skischuhständer und eine Waschmaschine. Ganz neu ist es, dass es einen Brötchenservice gibt. Die Wohnung liegt am Stummerberg auf ca. 800m Höhe. Die Talstation in Kaltenbach ist ca. 4 km entfernt.
