For shared use: property 4 ha with trees, meadow. Private: garden 400 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Salle des Sports" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Les Sables Blancs,Concarneau" 19 km. Sports harbour 21 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 19 km, sailing school 19 km. Nearby attractions: Quimper 18 km, Tregunc 19 km, Pont-Aven 20 km, Pointe de Trevignon 27 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Terrace, south facing position, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
