In the resort 250 m from the centre of Capoliveri, 5 km from the centre of Porto Azzurro, 14 km from the centre of Portoferraio, in a central position on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2.4 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 200 m, bakery 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, ferry "Portoferraio" 14 km, sandy beach "Morcone" 2.4 km. Das App. liegt schön zentral, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptplatz mit Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften, direkt an einem kleinen Weinberg. Toller Meerblick, sehr netter Vermieter. Reisetipps: Wanderweg 70/71 Calamita, Hafenspaziergang und Festung in Portoferraio, Ausflug auf die Insel Pianosa.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter ...
Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit ein paar Deutschkenntnissen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist herrlich, genauso wie der Ort Capoliveri an sich. Man sollte auf jeden Fall Handtücher und Geschirrtücher mitbringen!Es war in unserer Aufenthaltszeit ( Mai ) sehr ruhig, allerdings befindet sich etwas oberhalb am Hang, ein Bar, in der es schon mal etwas lauter wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
