Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 5.5 km, pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 10 km. Marina 10 km.
5-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. 1 room with 2 beds, satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 balconies, 2 terraces covered. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

dieses ferienhaus liegt etwas abgelegen man braucht auf jedenfall ein auto.ansonsten alles wie beschrieben und eine schöne ausenanlage also ein Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat eine gute, ruhige Lage und ist nicht weit von Labin entfernt. Alles war sehr sauber und es sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Pool wurde mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Die beiden oberen Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat eine, das andere nicht. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer wiederum haben eine Klimaanlage. Das ovale Bett ist leider sehr hart, es war aber auszuhalten. Wir waren als Jugendgruppe dort und sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter war nett. Empfehlenswert.

Tolles, grosses Haus

Wir verbrachten als 5-köpfige Familie eine Woche Ferien in diesem wunderschönen, sehr grosszügigen Haus. Wir hatten genügend Platz, so dass wir uns nicht auf den Füssen herum trampelten. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist, dass es in den oberen Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage gibt. Es wurde teilweise sehr heiss und man brachte, trotz guter Lüftung, die Wärme fast nicht raus. Das WLAN Netz könnte besser sein, teilweise keinen Zugriff oder es blieb hängen. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr hell und sauber.

Traumhafter Urlaub, selbst in Corona Zeiten

Wir haben dort einen wilklich Traumhaften erholsamen Urlaub verbracht!!! Das Haus ist sehr schick eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden von Kaffeemaschine über Toaster Espressokocher, genügend Geschirr, Besteck,... Der Garten mit dem Pool war natürlich unser Hauptaufendhaltsort und einfach Traumhaft, die Außenliegen und Lounge sind sehr gemütlich! Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Auszeit in einem Wunderschönen Haus.
