Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 1.5 km, pebble beach 12 km.
4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 pull-out bed (length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. No heating option. Balcony 10 m2, terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Idyllisches Paradies für Familien

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind im Haus. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und der Pool auch. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Auf dem Gelände ist ein Spielplatz für Kinder mit Tischtennis Platte sowie Sportplatz mit Tennis Anlage und Basketball Korb. Ein Basketball ist vorhanden, Tennis und Tischtennis Schläger muss man selber mitbringen. Das Meer ist 20 min mit Auto entfernt, was total okay ist. Man erreicht innerhalb von 20-30 min verschiedene, wunderschöne Städte mit unterschiedlichen Stränden. Der einzige Mangel war, dass es im gesamten Haus keine Fliegengitter vor Fenster und Türen gibt, weshalb Fliegen und Mücken ins Haus gelangt sind. Ansonsten alles top! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Finka ist für jeden geeignet. Sie befindet sich in einer großen Anlage mit vielen weiteren Häusern die exakt gleich aussehen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Anlage, die Häuser haben aber einen gewissen Abstand, wodurch man nicht immer unbedingt auf die Lautstärke achten muss. Rund um waren wir vollkommen zufrieden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich top!

Josip - der Hausverwalter ist super, hilfsbereit, sehr bemüht und toll organisiert. 8 Tage vor Beginn meldete er sich bereits, um alles bestens zu planen und organisieren. Das Feriendomiziel war genial - super sauber - ruhig - sehr erholsam - der Bademeister kam 2* pro Woche - wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und unser 3 wöchiger Urlaub war der HIT

Wunderschöne Villa mit sehr großen Pool

Sehr gepflegte Villa , die keine Wünsche offen lässt . Komplett eingerichtet Küche. Zwei große Schlafzimmer im OG . Whirlpool im Bad OG nur zum duschen nutzbar . Wird bald durch neue Dusche ersetzt . Verwalter spricht gut deutsch und ist ständig erreichbar über WhatsApp. Sehr schöne Aussenterasse am Pool mit Grillplatz und Aussendusche . Supermarkt 5 km in Vidnijan . Da gibt es alles wie zu Hause .
