For shared use: children's playground. Private: property 320 m2 with lawn, parking at the house. Shop 1.8 km, bus stop "Pfrungen Abzwg. Feriendorf" 850 m, railway station "Überlingen" 29 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km.
"Svea", 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Haus swea

Leider Baustelle in den ganzen Straßen im feriendorf. Sicht in die Ferne ist komplett zugewachen. Die Fenster ( außer Dachfenster) lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Wohnzimmer waren zwei Fenster nicht mehr zum öffnen. Am dritten war außen ein Wespennest . Bei der spülmaschine brauchte man mehrere Anläufe, bis sie endlich mal lief. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, war es die letzten beiden Male sauberer.

Dobrý den. Ubytování je sice menší ,než vypadá na fotografiji,ale je čisté a vyhovující.Jediná chyba byli probíhájící výkopové práce v těsné blízkosti objektu na které jsme nebyli předem upoyorněni.

Heerlijk huisje op rustig park

Lief huisje op de berg met mooi uitzicht àlles aanwezig wat je maar nodig hebt . We hebben een heerlijke week gehad . We komen graag nog een keer terug in dit knusse huisje .

De slaapkamer aan de voorzijde is behoorlijk krap; is maar net een bed lang. En we misten een vriesvak in een koelkast. Daardoor konden we de koelelementen niet goed koud maken voor de terugreis.

Das Ferienhaus Svea liegt ca. 30 km vom Bodensee entfernt und Tagesausflüge an die wunderschönen Orte rings um den See sind problemlos in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Ganz tolles Urlaubserlebnis

Das Ferienhaus war für uns perfekt in der kälteren Jahreszeit. Die Räume sind ganz toll ausgestattet und man hat alles was man braucht. Der Holzofen macht die Abende gemütlich und man kann sich in diesem sehr sauberen und liebevollen Häuschen sehr wohl fühlen. Vielen Dank auch für den freundlichen und unkomplizierten Kontakt!

Ganz tolles Urlaubserlebnis

Waren 7 Tage im Häuschen. Sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Ausstattung wie Zuhause natürlich nicht( kleiner Herd 2 Felder, kleine Spülmaschine) aber benötigen wir auch nicht. Das Feriendorf ist leider hauptsächlich Privat genutzt was dem zugehörigen Spielplatz anzusehen ist. Aber am Illmensee 2km Fußweg ist ein sehr schöner. Ansonsten Restaurant Riedblick kann man super Essen haben wir 2 Mal gemacht.

Super Kurzurlaub

Die Vermieter haben sich sehr viel Mühe im Detail gegeben und bieten eine überdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung im Ferienhaus an. Ein anderes Ferienhaus wurde von meinen Schwiegereltern angemietet und bot im Vergleich bei weitem nicht diesen Komfort. Also wenn noch mal Feriendorf Pfrungen, dann nur im Ferienhaus Sveja.
