The Georg apartment is located in the quiet district of Stefansfeld, just 100 meters from the beautiful castle and bathing lake Salem. The apartment is on the first floor and has a spacious balcony with a view of a small garden. Wir wurden von der Verwalterin überaus freundlich empfangen. Das war wiekluch besonders. Die Wohnung ist innen genau wie beschrieben und es gab alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir hatten allerdings laut Beschreibung auch eine wirklich sehr ruhige Lage erwartet. Man hört sehr deutlich vom Balkon aus den Verkehrslärm von zwei Straßen. In der Wohnung hört man diesen bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nicht. Bitte auch beachten, das das wlan sehr langsam und oft unterbrochen ist. Sie ist deswegen zum Arbeiten nicht geeignet. Da die Wohnung aber super zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt, konnten wir viel unternehmen und haben deswegen eine sehr gute Zeit verbracht.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, weil es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist top, zum einen ruhig und dörflich, zum anderen nur ein paar Meter vom Schloßsee entfernt, wo es ein kostenloses (!) Schwimmbad gibt. Ebenfalls in der Nähe: Edeka Supermarkt, Bäckerei, etc.Die Wohnung ist sauber und wir haben auch den Balkon genossen.

Schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Der Gastgeber hat uns erst einen Tag vor Anreise informiert.Sonst alles sehr Sauber, auch Küche und Geschirr. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt einKleiderschrank. Die Dame, die uns die Schlüssel übergabund die Wohnung sauber hält, ist sehr freundlich und hatein großes Lob verdient.

Auszeit inmitten der blühenden Natur

Tolle Wohnung in der Nähe des Bodensees

Wir haben den Aufenthalt vom Anfang sehr genossen. Nach telefonischer Voranmeldung wegen der Ankunftszeit wurde uns der Schlüssel übergeben und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet.In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Bodensee ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt auch Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Die Verbindung zum See war gar nicht mal so schlecht! ( App: DeinBodo vom Vorteil) Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idyllische Lage in der Nähe vom See

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick in den gepflegten Garten. Lediglich im Schlafzimmer haben wir einen Kleiderschrank vermisst. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet.

Gut ausgestattete FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Objekt nicht leicht zu finden. Übermittelte Telefonnummern zur direkten Kontaktaufnahme wurden von FeWo direkt gelöscht. Vermieter und betreuende Nachbarin der Wohnung sehr freundlich. Einfahrt in Hinterhof zum Parkplatz extrem eng. Erster Eindruck der äußeren Gegebenheiten enttäuschend. Wohnung gut geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, roch aber sehr muffig. Trotz intensiven Lüftens auch noch nach 3 Tagen. An der Sauberkeit kann‘s nicht liegen, alles tip-top. Gute Lage für unsere Ausflüge: Pfahlbauten, Meersburg, Konstanz und Reichenau.

Saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin der Wohnung war sehr gut. Ruhige Lage, in der Nähe ist ein Badesee mit gepflegter Rasenanlage. Ingesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
