Centrally located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle beach. Short drive to restaurants and attractions in either direction. Unit had everything we needed and perfect layout for our family. All digital check-in with simple directions. We enjoyed all of the resort’s amenities and special activities such as a duck race and dance party. We will definitely return!

Check in was a breeze. Communication with owner was easy. The room was just as we anticipated it.. cozy and clean. The resort had security at the gate and randomly on property so safety was of no issue to use. Parking garage was more than enough space for everyone there, as well as normal size spaces .. even for larger vehicles.

Mike’s communication before, during, and after was excellent!! He usually responded within minutes. There is a direct view of the ocean and the sound of the water is just outside the sliding glass doors! The kitchen was well equipped and Mike made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Small details like a handwritten welcome note from Mike and his wife as well as a welcome bag with goodies show how appreciative and genuine they are when you book their condo. Yes, we would stay here again!

Great condo, great location

This was our families second time booking this condo, and everything was great both times. Great location at both within Myrtle Beach and well as within the Seawatch resort. The view from the balcony is amazing. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

Another great week in this condo

This was our 4th time booking this condo and we couldn't have been happier with it. The location at SeaWatch and this unit are perfect for families. The view from the balcony is spectacular as well. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. The condo is exactly as advertised and comes with everything you need for your stay. This is is by far our favorite place in MB and plan to be back again!

Perfect vacation

Our stay was perfect and very enjoyable. The condo was exactly as listed and beautiful and the resort was great. The 2 sided balcony views were beautiful and we even saw dolphins one morning. The location was great and the communication with the owner was the best I’ve had during a Vrbo stay. Thanks Mike for the prompt responses to my inquiries. Gorgeous unit , fabulous views, well equipped and comfortable

We’ve stayed at the Seawatch Resort many times, one of our favorite places ! First time in this unit, it was wonderful, and Mike was very accommodating! We really liked the beach coastal decor and everything was very fresh and comfortable. Anything that we needed was there! Mike was wonderful to work with, great host Highly recommended !

4th July Family Trip

My family had a great time. We loved our welcome gift. The resort was great, lot of activities, pools and hot tubs. The firework show was great. The condo was cleaned. We had plenty of space. Everything was as advertised from the listing.

Spacious Myrtle Beach Condo-Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time! This is a beautiful property with fantastic amenities for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was extremely clean & nicely decorated. The owner, Mike, was available for any questions. During our stay there were no issues whatsoever. We would love to stay again. This location in Myrtle Beach is perfect and just a short walk down the beach to Apache Pier.

Slow start but good finish

Other than not being able to enter the condo til 8pm due to a new digital lock not working that the owners installed, we enjoyed our week. Great views of the pool and ocean. I enjoyed waking up to see the sunrise each morning right from my bed. BTW, they did compensate us for our inconvenience.

A Perfect Week

Another amazing week at this condo. Love everything about it. Fully stocked kitchen and beach amenities - buckets and shovels to beach chairs and beach games and bags to carry them. The lovely decor and nice furniture made everyone comfortable and happy! The large table and chairs allowed all of us to gather for laughs, games (also fully stocked) and relaxation. The deck chairs were perfect and made the view clear and more breathtaking. Can’t wait to go back next year! Mike was excellent to work with and was very prompt with any of my questions. He’s the best!

Beautiful Condo! Perfect location and view!

This is a true oceanfront condo. The wrap around balcony gives you a view of the pools and is directly over the beach. I watched the sunrise from the master bed. Everything was completely clean and organized to make your check in go flawlessly. There is nothing in the kitchen that you could possibly need. He has everything. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The bathrooms were both pre stocked with everything you needed. All the beach toys, boards and chairs that you need are already there so no need to pack any. The elevators were all fast and the property was perfectly maintained. It is gated with security that walked around constantly which added comfort to my stay. The food was amazing! The bar was wonderful. There was no shortage of pool chairs and with so many pools, they were never crowded. Overall, this is an amazing condo, complex and owner. You won't be disappointed. We are already planning our next trip and will go nowhere else or rent from anyone else. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best views in all of Myrtle Beach

This was our fourth year in a row staying at Sea Watch and every year has exceeded our expectations BUT this was by far our best stay yet! Mike made everything seamless from the time we booked right up to check in, he was very responsive and accommodating! This unit was perfect, from the incredible sunrise views every morning while everything we needed for a great vacation was included, from kitchen ware, appliances, linens and bedding were excellent, and the décor is very well done throughout the unit! Our guests this year were left very impressed by the room and the resort itself and our family did not want to leave. Side notes: Arcadian Shores golf course was a disappointment and would not recommend playing there. The greens were literally filled with sand and felt like you were putting on a sand trap, I left after 6 holes! And Toasty's breakfast/lunch is a big NO! Huge thank you again to Mike for the awesome experience from the beginning to the very end of our vacation you exceeded our already very high expectations for Sea Watch Resort! We hope to book with you again in the future and highly recommend to others

Lovely Modern and Updated Room
