Souhait non respecté
A la réservation par téléphone j avais bien précisé ne pas vouloir un RDC mais un logement impérativement en étage et il nous a été attribué un logement en RDC sans possibilité d être relogés sans frais supplémentaires.
En ayant effectué la réservation au 16/04/2023 pour un séjour démarrant au 17/06/2023, il était évident qu’il y avait des logements similaires à l étage libres. C’est très décevant.
