Haus Gruber wird wohl schon länger als Ferienwohnung benutzt, zumindest die durchgelegenen Matratzen und die veraltete/defekte Ausstattung des Hauses lassen darauf schließen. Obwohl das Haus als Nichtraucher-Haus deklariert ist, wabern aus dem Erdgeschoss die Zigarettendämpfe der Vermieter regelmäßig in die Flurbereiche der Ferienwohnung. EIn Skischuhtrockner fehlt. Bei den Duschen fehlt Silikon, wodurch die Bäder nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stehen. Einige Lampen sind defekt.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad bij een ontzettend gastvrije familie. Het is een mooi en ruim huis, dat gunstig ligt tov de piste. De eerste gondel is met de auto in 5 minuten te bereiken. De skibus stopt voor de deur.

Leogang toll zu erreichen für alles was das Herz begehrt

Das Objekt war nicht in jeder Ecke sauber, obwohl die Vermieter Herzensgut waren. Leider war weder ein Traumpolin noch der Pool vor dem Haus anwendbar. War aber nicht drammatisch da das Freibad nah lag und ganz toll war!

Ratio price/quality expensive

Sits in a perfect location with good access to endless natural areas for hiking, climbing,etc. The apartment layout is a bit awkward with bedrooms separated from the main living area reducing privacy. The property ‘s description is somehow misleading as the so called ‘swimming pool’ is actually an out of service paddling pool and we never looked for the gym. The beds are comfortable and good size. Read carefully the T&C’s as the taxes are charged on departure. The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and nice .
