Bryan's Villa "Where the Views are Endless" Not too good to be true!

Not too good to be true!! Enjoy an affordable and exciting vacation by staying in our beautiful villa. You will not find a more affordable house of this size anywhere in the Virgin Islands. Great for families and extended families, business travelers or the leisure traveler. Get away from the 'ordinary' and put yourself in the middle of the 'extraordinary' without breaking your budget. We do not charge additional fees per person whether a couple or family/friends up to 12, we welcome everyone at the same low price. For families with small children; A few less things to pack; Pack N play, high chair and stroller available on site, let us know in advance to make available prior to arrival. We also have cots available for small children that will be sharing a room with parents. The villa is located in a residential area, we want every visitor to have a pleasant experience however, we do not allow parties or events quite time is 10pm.

Centrally located, just minutes to world's famous Magens Bay beach and a short drive into town for duty-free shopping. Just a few steps to fine dining at the Mafolie Hotel and a short walk for gambling and drinks at Sib's on the Mountain. Also, open for breakfast.

This is a large single-family home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 16x20 pool and large deck, large game room/5th bedroom is equipped with a full-size pool table and a flat-screen TV to keep the family busy when not at the beach or touring the island. You won’t want to leave the air-conditioned master bedroom that mirrors a tropical retreat with a flat-screen TV, separate vanity area and a large sliding door to view the harbor from your king-size bed. The master bathroom has jet showers, room for 2, and a separate large soaking tub and double sinks.

There is a large sectional couch and flat-screen TV and A/C in the living room, the 1/2 bath is off of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar that can sit up to 4, the separate dining room is equipped for 6 person dining. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms all with A/C and there own tv, all with queen size beds, (3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds), all have large windows to view the harbor. There are 2 full-size bathrooms downstairs. Large wrap around porch and chairs for your leisure and a freshwater pond for your viewing pleasure. Rates include host meet and greet at check-in.

Perfect for our group of 10!

This property was everything we needed and then some for our trip to St. Thomas. It was well stocked, very clean, and had amazing views. Jasmine and Tina we super easy to work with and communicated well and were very accommodating. The best part about this place was it felt so much bigger than the pictures showed. Would recommend this to anyone!

1st time St. Thomas Trip

The views are as advertised!! Absolutely beautiful. Would sit out on the veranda in the morning drinking coffee and enjoying the view. Had the space we needed after a long day out and about to relax. Tina and Jasmine were great to work with regarding the property. Also set up a tour with Natalie, and she was awesome! So friendly and engaging, with tons of information about the island. A fantastic place to stay!!

Spectacular!!!

Tina and her home are perfect in every way - the views are breathtaking, her desire to make you happy boundless, the house clean, warm, well set up and not a mosquito to be found. From setting out groceries into the refrigerator and cabinets to lovely beach towels, cookers and toys for when we went out she could not be more thoughtful - book now!

Beautiful view

What a lovely property. My family enjoyed the views, the pool and the iguanas. Only improvement I would suggest is to update the kitchen tools. They need new pots and pans and there weren’t enough spatulas, spoons etc. my family of cooks struggled. Would def come again. ❤️

Beautiful!

I probably can not begin to say enough wonderful things about this property! The views were to die for! They thought of everything! The kitchen had more cookware and utensils then my own kitchen! We loved our stay so much and would highly recommend to anyone! Perfect for large groups and family! Only suggestion would be to have some throw blankets! After a day in the sun it’s easy to get chilly!! Much love from Indiana!

Spectacular views!

We were a party of 5 adults. The house has great layout giving us each space with views and perfect communal areas. The kitchen is well stocked, in fact generously stocked. The cookware was fine for making a big vacation breakfast. Jennifer, the host, was lovely! She even came to find us when we got lost! The drive could be daunting but the views made it all worth a few white knuckles, especially as you are driving an American car on the opposite side of US roads. The house does require navigating several flights of stairs including up to the entry door. Stay at Bryian’s Villa if you want a peaceful, relaxing, spacious Home with views of the twinkling lights of the city and all the cruise ships coming in and out of the harbor. I could not have been happier with our stay. ,

Beautiful villa

This villa is spectacular. Looks recently updated and remodeled. Comfortable and luxurious. Pool was a big hit. The view absolutely stunning. We just could not get enough of it. From up the mountain we could see cruse ships come and go, seaplanes land, and over to many islands. Sunsets beautiful and there were many deck options and seats for viewing. The owner helped us find airport transportation, taxis, and we could even order food in advance. She was on the island and responded promptly to questions we had during the stay. We made lifetime memories bringing our family together in such an amazing setting. So nice to be able to cook and share meals with our group of 12. Not many places could accommodate such a large group gracefully . This one sure did.

The breathtaking panoramic views truly made our stay special. We also loved the hosts, Tina and Jasmine, who were extremely helpful and very responsive to all our questions. The only thing to keep in mind is the drive to the villa—it can be a bit challenging at first, but after a few trips, you quickly get used to it. Overall, it was a beautiful and very pleasant stay.

Great stay!

This was a great location for a family get together. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a large party. The view is unforgettable, and the location is very convenient to anywhere you wanted to get on the island. The host was very accommodating and gave us recommendations on groceries, beaches, and restaurants. The extra fee to have the host pick up groceries we bought online was well worth it after traveling. She met us near the location and gave us a summary of the house. I could text her during the trip with questions. The WiFi was a little spotty, but not sure if that was how WiFi was on the island in general. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The villa was perfect for our family. The host was very helpful with recommending places on the island and helping us navigate our experience. They were available as we arrived to the island for check in. We highly recommend the villa and would love to stay again!

That Ocean View!

My husband and I spent a tranquil, fabulous week at this lovely home!! The views were just amazing and the Bryan's went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The pool and pool floaties were just the ticket and we loved checking our the iguanas roaming around!

Best trip ever for our family!

This property was spectacular! 4 Beach chairs and towels(for all 11 of us) and big cooler were provided for our trips to the beach. There are two laundromat size washers and 2 huge dryers ...needed for laundry for 11 people. The pool and view were incredible. The beds were comfortable...the large new sofa was great for lounging for all of us. TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room....only turned any of them on a couple of times. Jasmine did our shopping beforehand and had everything put away before our arrival. The owner was very responsive with messages. Thank you TIna for the time of our lives!

Amazing experience!! Breathtaking views!!

The house was extremely clean! And it was huge! We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was MORE than enough space for everyone! There were 2 washers and dryers which was great! And a gate at the top of the stairway upstairs which was perfect if you have children! There was a beautiful pool/pool area that we loved. And the view was absolutely breathtaking!!!! 100% would recommend this villa for your stay in St. Thomas! The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating! We will definitely be back!!

Breathtaking Views

Tina is an amazing host and we really enjoyed staying here for the week! She met us at the home and showed us around when we arrived. Communication with her was easy and she responded right away. The pictures of the home does it no justice. I mean the home is beautiful and the views are incredible!

Amazing views and pool

We just traveled for the holiday weekend with a group of close friends and had the most amazing time staying at the Bryan's villa. Our first real vacation in over a year and what a place to unwind! There was enough space for everyone to have privacy, the views, pool, and wraparound porch were unbeatable, and the local scenery was beautiful too (lots of iguanas and tropical foliage!). It was a short drive into town for dinner, excursions etc. Also two excellent restaurants/bars walking distance to the rental - Sibs & Mafolie Hotel. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with. Check in/out was also easy and hassle free. I would definitely come back again with friends or family!

The Villa was built to take advantage of the beautiful views of the island. Every room has a view and large windows. The living room, dining room and master bedroom has large sliding doors to allow you to open up and let the outdoors in. Ice maker and coolers available for guest use, no need to buy ice when going to the beach or out for the day. The view changes daily from sun up to sun down. You will not be disappointed.
