Private: large, well-kept terraced garden, 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: sun terrace. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "Santo Stefano al Mare" 2.4 km pebble beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein sehr schönes Haus und tolle Lage mit Sicht auf Hafen und Meer. Leider war das Wetter kühl und wir konnten die Terrasse wenig nutzen. Ausflüge dem Meer entlang mit Fahrrad oder Auto.

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Vacaciones en familia con niños y perros

La ubicación de la casa es impecable y permite no usar el coche. La playa más cercana se alcanza en 7 minutos andando. La casa es espaciosa, luminosa, bien equipada y apta para niños y mascotas. Los dueños, encantadores, están al lado para ofrecer soporte pero sin invadir nunca los espacios. Sin duda alguna intentaremos repetir las vacaciones en este lugar tan acogedor que nos ha permitido disfrutar de vacaciones en familia y con perros.

Super Unterkunft

Unkomplizierte und freundliche Über- und Abgabe, sehr sauber, geräumig, toller Garten mit Grill, das Haus ist eingezäunt, was perfekt war für unseren Hund, Stand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ca. 2km ausserhalb des nächsten Dorfes, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Älteres Haus mit Meerblick

Es liegt am Meer, aber im Sommer weit bis zum nächsten Strand, eine sehr stark befahrende Straße muss überquert werden, Fahrradweg direkt vor dem Haus

Wir freuen uns über Ihre freundliche Rückmeldung. Das Haus ist 500 m vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Ligurien ist im Sommer tatsächlich sehr gut besucht und es ist für seine engen und belebten Straßen bekannt. Es wäre uns eine Freude, Sie bald wieder bei uns willkommen heißen zu dürfen.

Urlaub September 2020

Wir verbrachten 12 Tage mit unserem Hund in diesem Haus, es war sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung bestand aus sehr stilvollem Echtholzmöbel was sehr gepflegt war, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei Fragen sofort zu Stelle was trotz mangelnder Italienisch Kenntnisse gut funktionierte. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum und mit Hund ist das Grundstück ideal.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Immer wieder gern

Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, und wir werden noch öfters wiederkommen. Das Haus ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet, man hat von der Terrasse am Haus sogar Blick auf´s Meer, die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Ein tolles Haus mit hohen Deck...

Ein tolles Haus mit hohen Decken, traumhafte Terrassen, 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer (1 allerdings mit Null–Aussicht) und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer bequemen Leder Schlafcouch. Kunstbände (auf italienisch), Porzellan, antike Automodelle.. Das einzige Minuspunkt war die Küstenstrasse, die schon doll zu hören ist. Nachts schläft man mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Wir hatten Glück und es herrschte auch Ende Oktober Badewetter – tlw. bis zu 25 Grad Luft bei 21 Grad Wasser. Die nahe gelegene kleine Badebucht war eigentlich die gemütlichste, Sandstrände in Santo Stefano waren eine Enttäuschung. ... war ein netter Gastgeber und liess uns komplett in Ruhe :) Beim Auschecken war er ebenfalls total entspannt. Für Hunde und Kinder war das Haus MEGA. Spielen, Verstecken, toben.. wir haben alle kaum gesehen )). Dabei sicher eingezäunt. Die Küche war toll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Riesen Garage mit Hohen Decken, wo man das Strandzeug lagern konnte. Alles in allem – super. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps:Lidl in 3–4 km Entfernung, wir haben jedoch immer CONAD in Arma di Taggia aufgesucht, ist riesig. Dort gibt es auch eine günstige Tankstelle.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwese...

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen mit grandiosem Blick auf den Segelhafen in Aregai. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach der Beschreibung in den Unterlagen ist es leider nicht einfach zu finden. Wir empfehlen mit der Vermieterin einen Treffpunkt zu vereinbaren. Reisetipps: Linguiletta ist absolut sehenswert.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Fanta...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Fantastischer Blick direkt vom Schlafzimmer direkt auf Meer und den Hafen von Santo Stephano. Helle, hohe und große Räume (daher auch erhöhter Heizbedarf). Überall Steinboden – schön, aber kalt für die Füße und für den Hund. AlsoHausschuhe und Decken / Kissen nicht vergesssen ;–)Die Küche ist super ausgestattet – leider haben wir nur wenig Gebrauch gemacht.Bettwäsche würde ich selbst mitbringen (Kissen, Zudecken).Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Vermieter anrufen, sie stehen dann beim ersten Mal in der Einfahrt. Die bleibt ein Wagnis wegen des Verkehrs, der hier vorbeibrettert (ist aber sonst keine Einschränkung, kein Lärm).Die sehr schöne Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick liegt morgens im Schatten. Wir waren Mitte März dort, daher ohnehin noch etwas kühl für die Nutzung. Muss aber ein Traum sein an warmen Sommerabenden.Vermieter wohnen im Haus darunter. Nett, aber unaufdringlich und eher (für uns angenehm) distanziert.Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Die Gaspreise für die Heizung. Bei um die 10 Grad Außentemperatur und gut beheizten Räumen (21 Grad) hatten wir am Ende 175 Euro zu bezahlen. Reisetipps: Schöne Städte, insbesondere Alassio! Ausflüge in das Hinterland sehr lohnend – entlang der Flüsse bis in die Berge. Sehr schöne Bergdörfer, in denen man regionale Produkte erwerben und gut essen kann. kompakter Marco Polo Reiseführer Ligurien mit "Insider–Tipps" hat sehr gute Dienste getan.Fazit: Jederzeit wieder gern!

Ein sehr schönes Haus auf eine...

Ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem gepflegten Anwesen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wäre auch für eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern gut geeignet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Reisetipps: Für Motorradfahrer bietet die Region etliche schöne Strecken, über bekannte Pässe, bis nach Frankreich rüber.
