Above Bellagio 450 m from the centre of Bellagio, 23 km from the centre of Lecco, 31.5 km from the centre of Como, on a slope, residential area (villas), 400 m from the lake. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: fitness room, playroom, table football. Narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Perfect house for 2 families to share

Had a wonderful stay at villa Vittoria, Anna was very helpful and communicative. The location is perfect for easy access to Bellagio and yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town, great restaurant 2 mins away too!

Great property in a great location

A fantastic, traditional Italian property ideally suited for groups. Spacious, well equipped & ideally situated for a short walk into the centre of Bellagio. The gated grounds are both relaxing & secure. Communication with both the owner (Anna) & the property host (Arianna) was superb prior to & throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything better in such a beautiful location on Lake Como.

Villa Vittoria

We were lucky enough to have 10 wonderful days in Anna’s lovely villa. Everything about it is perfect. Four generous bedrooms and two big bathrooms make it perfect for two families to share. It’s an easy walk into the heart of Bellagio from this grand house. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Fabulous villa in amazing location in walking distance of Bellagio

We loved the house, very comfortable for our family of 5. Easy walking distance into Bellagio and conveniently located near a nice restaurant and a bakery. Easy to get to by car. Beautiful views of the Lecco arm of the lake. Lovely outdoor grilling with spectacular views. Anna, the host is amazing and so welcoming. She gave us a full tour and was just lovely. The bottle of wine and other goodies were great. Whenever we will be back at Como, this is where we will stay. Wonderful. If you are going to Bellagio stay here!

Spacious, well located, and comfortable

We stayed for a week at Villa Vittoria. It was a good location for us. Having our own private, gated, parking (with remote opener) was very nice. It's a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of Bellagio village, and there are also a couple of closer restaurants, bank, and fruit store. It is nice to have your own grounds for some separation from the neighbors. Comfortable beds, A/C in most rooms (we didn't need this for our stay). Well equipped in utensils and dishes. Spacious rooms and generally good layout. Very helpful hosts who made sure there was a good set of basic (and more) supplies to get you started.

Perfect house for exploring Bellagio

Communication with Anna(owner) was very good and any questions we had were responded to quickly. She greeted us at check in and showed us round the house and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The house is a short 10 minute walk to the town centre where there is a good choice of places to eat, easy access to boats etc. Food store close by and well stocked. The house itself is spacious with 4 bedrooms, sitting/dining room and well equipped kitchen. In the basement there is a games room and small gym which kept the kids entertained as well as a washing machine. Toiletries and washing liquid etc were supplied which is always a bonus in my book. Make sure you climb to the top of the garden as the views are amazing. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for a family break in Bellagio.

An Wochenenden ist es von Vorteil die Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen zu halten. Beliebte Strecke für Motorradfahrer. Unbedingt Moskitospray einpacken. Keine Handtücher mitnehmen, sind vorhanden und die Waschmaschine und der Wäscheständer ermöglichen tägliches Waschen und somit kann mit reduziertem Gepäck reisen. Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Selbst Gewürze, Essig und Öl sind vorhanden. Unbedingt ein Wochenticket für die Fähre/Boote ordern, Geltungsdauer 6 WT und Kinder, sind automatisch ab dem 12. Lebensjahr ein Erwachsener. Die Vermieterin ist ständig via whatsapp erreichbar und hilft wo sie nur kann!!! Antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten bis max. 1 h nach Anfrage. Reisetipps: Unbedingt ein Wochenticket für die Fähre/Boote ordern, Geltungsdauer 6WT und Kinder, sind automatisch ab dem 12. Lebensjahr ein Erwachsener. 3 Kategorien. K1 € 45,– / K2 € 72,– / K3 € 108,– für den kompletten See (ausgenommen sind die Fast Service Boote– Aufpreis wird berechnet / je nachdem welche Kategorie bereits vorliegt). Es gibt etliche Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Empfehlung "La Grotta". Tolles Essen, Ambiente, Personal. Badestrand / Schwimmbad mit Liegen und Schirmen / Sandstrand + Pool in Menaggio. Kosten sind nicht zu vernachlässigen. 3 Erw.+1 Kind ( juhu ) Eintritt an einem Sonntag € 62,– all inkl. exkl.Getränke etc. (aber Urlauberfreundlich).

Wonderful house wonderful location

After a few days of driving up and down a mountain to our first VRBO we loved being able to walk to all at this lovely house in Bellagio. It was so convenient to the ferries and restaurants. And the 4 bedrooms were so comfortable for our family of 7 adults. It is well equipped, has lovely outside spaces and has a great view of Lago de Como. Thank you Anna for sharing your house with us. It was perfect!
