Very comfortable cottage "Villa Carlotta", 3 storeys, semi-detached. 1.4 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Asti, 20 km from the centre of Alba, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: property 7'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (18 x 9 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: fitness room. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 700 m, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
5-room semi-detached house 250 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, TV, international TV channels, hi-fi system and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Walk-through room with 1 double sofabed. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings). Sep. WC. Top floor: 1 open room with 2 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. Heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Natural stone floors. Terrace, lawn 1'000 m2. Marvelous, huge pool just for ...

Marvelous, huge pool just for residents. The gardens are extremely well kept and beautiful in the height of summer. I would recommend this property to anyone searching for a serene, quiet and private family holiday. The owners took great care of their guests so we would definitely return!! Traveller tips: The cooking school restaurant in the nearby village is great value for money and the food is fantastic.

Villa Carlotta has everything you could wish for: beautiful, spacious and very clean house, well-equipped kitchen, good beds, 2 terraces (1 covered), bbq, beautiful and quiet spacious garden, large swimming pool with plenty of shade around ... Very friendly and warm owners, helpful if there are questions but otherwise very discreet. We (6 adults) have spent a very pleasant holiday here! And also a good base to explore the region! And certainly to taste: their 'Scarus' Barbera housewine

Marvelous days in lovely Piedmont

I spent my Easter vacation with family and friends at the excellent Villa Carlotta near Costiglione d´Asti. This accomodation is very spacious and well furnished, with an ample and well equipped outdoor area (dining table and chairs, lawn chairs and barbeque). Guests can relaxe by the large swimming pool on the comfortable sunbeds, surrounded by beautiful and well kept trees and plants. The location is very central and makes it easy to explore the many interesting places in the Piedmont region, including Barolo, Bra, Asti, Alba, Cuneo and Acqui Terme. Last, but not least, the owners are extremely friendly and accomodating. I highly reccomend staying at Villa Carlotta.

Exquisite garden and pool, super host!

We (two families of whom 3 children aged 8-9-10) had an absolute super time in A.'s house. A. and her husband are present at the house, but you don't see them unless you need them. And they have great fresh vegetables in their garden. The pool is wonderfull and REALLY big! The garden is a paradise with various places to sit, both sunny and shaded, with comfortable furniture. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of. And more.

Villa Carlotta is een fraai en fijn familiehuis. Gastvrouw Antonella is bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Een plek om graag nog eens terug te komen. De airco op de bovenste etage is heeft aandacht nodig.

Tolles Anwesen mit guter Anbindung nach Asti und den "Pflicht"-Orten im Piemont. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unbedingt deren eigen Barbera d'Asti (DOCG) probieren. Der wächst quasi vor der Haustür

Wir hatten zwei herrliche Wochen im Piemont - bei unglaublich netten Gastgebern!! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder! ...der beste Pool - Salzwasser und maximale Größe; außerdem viele Schattenplätze! Wer gerne schwimmt, ist hier richtig!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Der Pool ist sehr groß und top gepflegt. Kleine Probleme erledigt die Vermieterin sofort; auch steht sie für Fragen, Tips und Anregungen zur Verfügung. Es fehlt hier an nichts.
