Private: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:30-19:30). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Asti" 1 km, railway station "Asti" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
