The holiday rental is situated in a very quiet, green area with no immediate neighbors and offers sweeping views across the meadows towards the Czech Republic. All bedrooms also feature a wood-burning stove to provide cosy warmth on cooler days. The garden is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, and there is plenty of parking space available in front of the house. The completely newly furnished and renovated holiday rental consists of two bedrooms, each with a 1.80-wide double bed featuring a full-length mattress, a closet, a desk, and an armchair. In addition, each bedroom has a small wood-burning stove to provide cosy warmth on cold days. In the kitchen-living room, which features a fully equipped kitchen (large freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, dishes, etc.), you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the TV in the evening. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box with a code. Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement and for an additional fee of 20 EUR per stay. A tourist tax of 1.30 EUR per person per night (ages 18 and up) will be charged separately. For children up to age 6, the tourist tax is 0.50 EUR per child per night. Any applicable fees (washing machine: 3 EUR per load) are included in the base price, along with towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning. The total price can be calculated at any time after booking, but no later than 3 days before arrival. Payment is accepted exclusively via bank transfer.
