The PATRIZIA apartment was completely rebuilt as part of the building’s renovation in 2024. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to four people, with separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to treat yourself to a culinary experience. The very high ceilings give the apartment a very special ambiance. Enjoy the day on your private balcony with a magnificent view over the rooftops of Kaltern. Additional outdoor seating areas, including a small lawn for sunbathing, are available in the courtyard. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

A special feature of the building is the spacious courtyard. With us, you can stay right in the centre of Kaltern, and a covered parking space is available on-site for your vehicle. You can store your bicycles dry and secure on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, which can be used at no additional charge.
