Direct lake access, bring a boat and keep it at the dock for your stay, or use our paddle boat to enjoy the lake. Fish right off the dock, entertain on the patio, or hike the nearby trails. You will feel like you have truly escaped it all, yet are only a 15 minute drive from Historic Downtown Olympia and shopping.

What a wonderful lakefront property!! Kim and Allen were great hosts. The kids enjoyed catching fish from the dock while Mom and Dad relaxed and took in the view of beautiful Summit Lake. The house was centrally located within a couple of hours of the great National Parks in Washington so it works well as a basecamp to explore during the day and relax in the evenings. The house was well stocked with most everything you need for a getaway. Would love to come back!!

Kim and Alan's Lakehouse is a heavenly place. Love the dock, kayaks and paddle boat. We had so much fun playing with our grandchildren. Lake Temperature was perfect. Lakehouse was perfectly setup for both together and downtime. Kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed to make healthy meals then eat on back balconey with gorgeous lakeview.So sad to leave today. Cant wait to come back next summer. Thank you Kim and Alan.
