The holiday home, with its 7 apartments, is situated in a quiet location, just a stone’s throw from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The nearest beach access point (No. 7) is just 100 m away; the town’s numerous art galleries, restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, as well as the Bodden meadows and the west beach, are all within walking or biking distance.
Enjoy the warm, cosy atmosphere of this house, furnished in a classic country-style and decorated with wooden furniture, antiques, and old paintings.
Apartment 7 is located in the basement, yet offers a bright and inviting living space. It features a spacious kitchen with a large kitchen table and an additional dining area in the living room, as well as two equally sized bedrooms with double beds and a large, sunny garden terrace directly adjacent—ideal for families.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the shared laundry room; bicycles can be stored in the lockable shared bicycle garage, which includes an e-bike charging station. Each apartment comes with 1 free parking space at the building! An electric grill is available; barbecuing with charcoal or gas is not permitted for fire safety reasons.
Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accommodate extra beds of any kind or groups of more than 4 people. A cot can be set up in the bedroom of ground-floor apartments 2 and 3.
