Bright, welcoming holiday home in a small, quiet holiday home community with a large lot for playing ball, running around, or just relaxing. Within walking distance of the forest and the water.
Maximum occupancy: 4 adults (+ 2 children).
For the comfort of our guests, this holiday home is reserved for non-smokers.
Parking spaces are located right next to the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Combined living and dining area with a wood-burning stove for cooler days.
Fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, egg cooker).
3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 on the upper floor: double bed (2x90x200 cm), large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 on the upper floor: wide single bed (120x200 cm), sleeper sofa (90x200 cm), and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 in the basement: small double bed (140x200 cm), closet.
Linen sets (bed linens + towels) can be booked as an optional extra; 25 € per person
2 bright, spacious bathrooms: 1 on the upper floor with shower, toilet, hair dryer, mirror, and sink; 1 on the lower level with shower, toilet, mirror, and sink.
Outdoor area: Large garden with a beautiful pond and a small dock offering a direct view of the water lilies, large lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture on the large terrace with an awning/parasol and an outdoor fireplace, a shaded bench around a large chestnut tree, and a beach chair with an unobstructed view of the pond.
Small garden shed in the back (unlocked). Bicycles can be stored there. There are also a few garden games available.
Entertainment: Wi-Fi, TV, radio, CD player, DVD player.
Additional amenities: Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner.
Kappeln, Schleswig, and Eckernförde are just a short drive away—ideal for great day trips or an evening out at a restaurant.
