The The “Rapsblütenhaus,” with 110 m² spread over two levels, is a wonderfully spacious holiday home where you can truly relax. It was newly built in 2017 and is located in the western, particularly quiet part of the Hülsen holiday home community. Facing northeast (morning sun!), it offers beautiful views of the nature reserve and the Marina Hülsen yacht harbour; to the west, you can look out onto the Schlei from the upper floor.
Even in the cooler seasons, you’ll find cosy comfort in this holiday home, built entirely of wood. A wood-burning stove, heated floor tiles, a spacious sauna (1.80 x 2.00 m), a large bathtub with a whirlpool function, and bright, high-quality furnishings all come together perfectly here.
The ground floor features a bright and cosy living area with a wood-burning stove, a spacious dining area, an open kitchen, an utility room, a hallway leading to the wellness bathroom, and a guest bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide direct access to the terrace and the large garden. The house is surrounded by plants typical of the region, such as lilacs and hazelnut trees.
A curved beechwood staircase leads to the upper floor. From every window on this level, you’ll enjoy wonderful views of the Schlei landscape. On the upper floor, you’ll find three bedrooms and a shower room. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one with a single bed and a desk.
The “Rapsblütenhaus” is ideal for families or couples travelling with friends who don’t want to compromise on space and comfort even while on holiday. A lockable shed offers space for your bicycles or water sports equipment. A beach chair awaits you on the terrace, perfect for enjoying your favourite book. Thanks to its location on the Schlei, an inlet of the Baltic Sea, the holiday home’s setting is particularly attractive. From here, you can enjoy a variety of beautiful excursions, such as fantastic bike rides along the Schlei—which is very popular with water sports enthusiasts—and through the rapeseed fields all the way to the Baltic Sea. Throughout the Schlei region, you’ll find even more places to explore. For example, the “Tolkschau” family amusement park or the charming Schlei towns of Kappeln and Arnis. Many cafés and ice cream shops invite you to linger, and of course, a swim in the Baltic Sea is a must during your holiday. A swimming spot on the Schlei is just 200 metres away.
