Our three bedroom, three bath Bungalow is nestled next to Rosemary Beach in the prestigous gated neighborhood of Sunset Beach! Sunset has the oceanfront pool that sits atop of the sand dunes. All new bedding and linens 2024 Elegant new kitchen in 2022 with amazing quartz tops, all new custom cabinets, all new appliances. Please call or text anytime to discuss booking options. We are on the southside of 30A across from Seacrest Beach. Once through the Iron Gate, You will know that you have arrived somewhere Exclusive and Special! The Brick paved street is lined with Palm trees that lead you to the beach and beachfront pool!

Our unit is uniquely located just 60 steps from the oceanfront private pool and 100 steps to the beach boardwalk. Why take a tram or shuttle to the beach when you can walk from our Bungalow.

Walk to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach town squares. Dozens of boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, brew pub, wine bars, coffee shops, pizza & ice cream for kiddos. Bike to Seaside or Seagrove, golf at famous Camp Creek or a short drive up to Destins Baytowne Wharf. Burkes Beach Bungalow has travertine marble floors throughout the first floor and master,most of our furniture is new in winter of 23.

Gorgeous granite throughout the kitchen. Solid Hardwood steps take you upstairs to two more bedrooms with there own private bathrooms with Limestone showers, pedestal sinks and more. Even the kids bunk room has its own beautiful bathroom.

Open up the french doors off the bedroom and you have your own private balcony overlooking the palm lined courtyards and other villas.

The first floor has two sets of french doors opening to your private, fenced, courtyard. Enjoy an evening fire, grill out or lounge here and catch some sun. You'll love our location and we think you'll love our Bungalow as much as we do.

We are the Burkes and we are the owners . We think once you stay here or in this area, you will never vacation anywhere else again. You will love being so close to the beach and the beachfront pool and all the fabulous restaurants and shops at Rosemary and ALys Beach & Seacrest Village. Great vacation spot!

Our family is back from a fantastic vacation at Burke's Beach Bungalow. The place is great, comfortable, and well furnished. And the location is super convenient to the pool and beach (and on the beach side of 30A). Easy walking distance to lots of things to see and do.

Great Seacrest Beach Location

House was clean, well appointed and overall very nice. Location was fantastic with a very quick walk to Seacrest and Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping. Gated community with super easy access to the beach.

Great 30A location

Easy beach access and walk to downtown Rosemary Beach. Had everything we needed to relax and get away. Well-equipped, modern kitchen and condo in great condition. Would do it again!

Family Beach Trip

Great location and exactly as advertised. Communicative hosts throughout. Only mild complaint is that the property is outdated tech wise (old/small TVs, kitchen equipment, etc.). Still 5 stars. Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay in this bungalow. It was very clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of five. Our daughters loved the bunk beds! The owner was quick to respond when I reached out about a few questions which we appreciated. Having three bathrooms was so great with three little girls. The location is perfection and we are already checking out our calendar to stay next summer! Can’t wait to return!

Thanksgiving at the beach

House was perfect for our small family for Thanksgiving. The location was amazing. Just steps from the beach. Kitchen was newly updated and beautiful and perfect to cook in. Check in was very easy. The living room furniture was worn (ripped) and a little dirty but I guess that happens with rentals. Overall, it was a great stay and we would come back.

Perfect Location!

This property is just as the listing states. It was very clean and cozy. We were worried that the proximity to the beach was exaggerated, but it wasn't at all. You literally walk through the gated community a short distance, down the steps and touch the sand. That was so perfect and convenient. The pool is even closer, which was also super convenient since the weather wasn't always cooperative when we visited (double red flag beach days). The area was busy, but quiet and not chaotic. Everything you need is within walking distance... restaurants, shopping, even a small market. We went to the Farmers Market there while we stayed and loved that also. It was a little tricky to find the address and the driving/parking area is small for a large vehicle. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox for the key to enter the premises, but it was also night when we arrived. Other than that, the stay was awesome. We cooked a little and had everything we needed to do that. We would recommend this spot for a beach vacation!

Spring Break getaway

Burke’s Bungalow is just that, a cozy bungalow. It is very nice and close to the beach, but a little small for more than 1 family. It is stocked with everything you need, very convenient, and the owners are very quick to respond if you have any questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome house / location

Rental process was smooth and owners were very helpful. House is as described and very close to Rosemary Beach. It is also accurately stated in owners description how close you are to the beach . Pool is great and is a great place to stop on the way back to house. Would rent again!

My honest opinion.

This unit was nice and very close to the beach. It was small and the master bath is in the hallway outside the master bedroom which was a bit of a privacy issue. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. I will be honest and say I will never return to Rosemary Beach. It is extremely over developed. There are so many, many units and homes and condos all sharing and fighting for the same small piece of real estate on the beach. Many folks were very disgruntled. (They do not allow tents, so, don’t bring them! Also, it’s very difficult to rent umbrellas and chairs as they run out of them so quickly. I waited in line one morning for 30 minutes only to be told there were no more umbrellas or chairs available for rent. I then went on a half-day excursion to see if I could purchase the items we needed.) Also, the restaurants do not take reservations and expect a 2 to 3 hour wait for dinner. We gave up and decided to eat dinner in our unit. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. I’ve been on many beach vacations in my life and I’ve come to expect lots of folks, long lines, etc., but, this was the worst I’ve ever experienced..

Great spot!

The location was perfect! We loved being able to walk to the Rosemary shopping area, and drive to other areas down 30A. Although the houses are close together, it still feels private. The home was updated and was comfortable to spend time in. The beds were also super comfortable. Lastly, the owners were one text away to help with anything we needed.

Burke’s Bungalow

With covid 19 we planned to eat at home for all meals. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The oven randomly heated to temperature and the door would not close shut so that’s probably why. Only 3 of the burners on the cooktop worked. Ice maker did not work. When we got there we were told the disposal did not work. When I turned down my bed I noticed the sheets had black streaks on them. When I washed my linen blouse and pulled from the dryer, it now had the same pattern black streaks as did my mothers white shorts. I pulled most of the weeds from the patio when we arrived and picked up multiple cigarette buds. Very disappointed with what we had to pay for this property and for what we got.

Perfect place for our family vacation

The villa was perfect for our family. It was clean and exactly like the photos. There was more than enough room for our four children, but still felt very cozy. Three full sized baths were great! The owners are very good about communicating and responding quickly to any questions.

Great access to the beach and all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. The villa was clean and well furnished. Excellent spot for family and friends to enjoy the Florida panhandle. Would defiantly stay there again. Highly recommended. ENJOY!!!

Relaxing getaway

House is immaculate and equipped well. Close walk to beach and quaint shops and good eateries. Easy drive to both Destin and Panama City. This is our 3rd stay in this lovely home. Great owners. Easy to work with. Can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Great Location & Perfect Layout!

Our family of 4 spent the week of Thanksgiving at this darling house. We try to make it down each year for the 10K on Thanksgiving day. The house was perfect for us. The location was in walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants, the beach and the most importantly the start of the race. The layout of the house was great and our 2 adult children appreciated each having their own bathroom. One of the best features was the kitchen. We like to cook a few meals at home and the kitchen was large enough to accommodate several cooks at a time! We hope to return again next Thanksgiving!

Great Beach Bungalow

Cute House and really clean and well kept. We just stayed here in April and my family had a really great week in the Burkes Beach Bungalow. the location is perfect. close to the beach and we could all walk to some really good restaurants so we didnt have to get in the car and drive. Kids loved the private beachfront pool. they played in there every afternoon while we enjoyed the sunsets and a adult beverage from there. Highly recommend this house and the owners were really easy to deal with. this house was one of the cleanest and well decorated houses we have stayed in along the beach. Cant wait to come back this fall !!!

GREAT LOCATION!

We just returned from having spent the month of February at Seacrest Beach. We had a WONDERFUL vacation. Everything in the pictures and description of the property is accurate. The layout of the house was perfect for us - everything we needed on one floor but 2 additional bedrooms and baths on the second floor if there had been more than the two of us. We contacted the owner about an internet connection problem and he responded quickly with the information to solve the problem. The location of the house in the community is ideal - just a short distance to the beach and to the pool. The location of the community is perfect - a short walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach - a short drive to Panama City Beach. The security people were were very helpful - always available to answer questions. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending additional time at Seacrest Beach!
