As the entrance is shared with other apartments, maintenance is not entirely under our control, but improvements are planned. The parking area will be cleared and organized ahead of the coming season. Additionally, the hot water boiler is scheduled to be replaced to ensure more comfort. We are happy you enjoyed the excellent location and truly value your input.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Helle,saubere und gut bewohnbare Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit schönem Blick auf den See. Der Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss könnte einladender eingerichtet sein.Hier stehen die Putzgeräte. Die Wegbeschreibung vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung stimmte leider nicht: die Pfeile weisen in die falsche Richtung und markieren das falsche Haus.Die Ein:Ausfahrt auf die vielbefahrene Strasse erfordert Aufmerksamkeit!Der Fussweg nach Cima sollte vom Vermieter beschrieben werden, da die Straße schmal,ohne Fussweg und vielbefahren ist.
