Experience a unique holiday high above the water! The ☼ HOCH ZWEI Stilt House ☼ welcomes you to the second level of an exclusive stilt house in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, in a prime location between the marina and the Friedrichsschleuse lock, and right next to the North Sea and the beach. The stilt house was built entirely on stilts in the water and is connected to the waterfront promenade only by a footbridge.

You’ll have nearly 110 square metres of floor space on a single level at your disposal. Your living area is flooded with light, features extra-large windows, and is open all the way up to the pitched roof. An electric fireplace creates a cosy, relaxing atmosphere—not just on stormy days—and the Finnish sauna offers additional relaxation. A glass door shields the bedrooms from noise coming from the living and kitchen areas. Pleated blinds on all windows allow you to maintain privacy when needed. You can access the ☼ HOCH ZWEI Stilt House ☼ via a separate entrance.

Your balcony is enclosed by a glass railing, offering protection from the wind and unobstructed views. Let your gaze wander across the water towards the nearby marina with its white sailboats or towards the Friedrichsschleuse lock. And above all—enjoy the incomparable sunsets!

Your kitchen, with a dining area for up to eight people, is fully equipped for your comfort. For example, you can choose whether to make your coffee with a filter, Nespresso capsules, or coffee pods. You’ll find everything you need in terms of dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen accessories. A gas grill is also available.

Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. You’ll wake up to a wonderful sunrise here. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed with a lower bunk measuring 1.40_m x 2_m and an upper bunk measuring 0.90_m x 2_m. All three bedrooms feature double-layered pleated blinds and a smart TV.

There are two bathrooms in total, comfortably equipped with a sink, rain shower, and toilet. The private Finnish sauna in the main bathroom ensures peace and relaxation. Through the skylight, you can watch the marina and the seagulls flying by. The second bathroom is en suite and accessible from one of the master bedrooms.
