This was a lovely home to spend a fa ily vacation. The house is accommodating and functional. It is pretty up high and far from the main cities like Pisa or Lucca. The road to get up there can be tricky especially to those not used to italian roads and small towns mountain roads. Everything is about an hour away but the view is beautiful. Totally worth the cool air in hot July. The only thing I did not enjoy were the size of the showers, they are very small and can be challenging to a larger person or an older person. But it is understandable given the fact that it is a log cabin.The house is not a single house but one of 5. Including the one where the owners live. I met the neighbors and they were very lovely people. But if you want to be completely alone keep in mind that you may get visitors in the weekend. The owners took care of any issues we had. We had a great time.

Prachtig plek leuk huisje fantastisch uitzicht ook iets koeler dan op zeeniveau. De oven deed het helaas niet.
