Located above the spa gardens, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the centre, where you’ll find all the cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. From there, it’s just a short walk to the fine-sand beach and the new pier.
If you’re not travelling by car or would simply like to take a trip to Lübeck or Hamburg without a car, you’ll appreciate the proximity to the Timmendorfer train station, which is within walking distance.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our approximately 50 m² “Treibholz” holiday apartment. This charming accommodation on the ground floor of a well-maintained townhouse features a spacious, partially covered balcony facing a sunny southwest—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The light-filled living room, featuring a comfortable couch and a flat-screen smart TV, invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. Two practical, independently usable fold-down beds (each 90 x 200 cm) provide additional sleeping accommodation, ideal for friends or family members.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality upholstered double bed (180 x 200 cm) and ensures restful nights. A spacious closet offers plenty of storage, while blackout curtains ensure pleasant darkness even on sunny days.

Bathroom – Bright, modern bathroom with natural light
The modern bathroom is stylishly designed and features a shower with a high-quality glass partition that creates an open, airy feel. A sink with a large mirror and ample counter space provide additional comfort. A heated towel rack and a hair dryer are also provided, so you can feel completely at ease. Thanks to the window, the bathroom is pleasantly bright and offers natural ventilation.
