Cozy house in the heart of the Kraichgau - diverse excursion possibilities

This cosy holiday home is located in the historic and very quiet centre of Östringen and offers two parking spaces right next to the house. You can securely lock away any bicycles you bring with you.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful vineyards of the Kraichgau, and within an average of 30 minutes by car, you can reach a wide variety of attractions, such as Holiday Park Haßloch, the Technology Museum and Palmenparadies in Sinsheim, various palaces, castles, and museums, the beautiful old town of Heidelberg, and more. In the neighbouring town of Bad Schönborn, the Thermarium and its adjacent spa park invite you to linger and relax.
The Kraichgau also offers a wide range of cycling routes. There’s something for every level of experience.

The house was completely renovated in 2024 and furnished with care just for you. It offers plenty of space for 4–5 people across 97 square metres and three floors. Both bedrooms feature a 1.60-meter-wide double bed. The attic room is a large maisonette-style space with a guest bathroom and sink. The living-kitchen area features a sleeper sofa that can comfortably accommodate one additional person if needed.

The bathroom features a bathtub for relaxing evenings, a shower with a rain showerhead, a modern vanity with storage, and a toilet. In addition, there is another guest bathroom with a sink on the ground floor. Of course, we provide fresh towels and essentials such as soap, shower gel/shampoo, and a hair dryer.

A bakery and butcher shop are located in the immediate vicinity, and there are plenty of shopping options. The fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle) gives you plenty of freedom to prepare all kinds of meals yourself. If you’d like to eat out, there are various restaurants in town and the surrounding area. You’ll also find a welcome kit with coffee/tea, oil/vinegar, and various spices.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a small office nook for working. Wi-Fi is available and can be used throughout the house. Books, games, and audiobooks for all ages are also waiting for you. So you’ll never get bored.

The entire holiday home, including a separate laundry room (in the annex), is at your disposal.
