Location, location, location! This is a 4 Bedroom, 2 bath home that is walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants! It has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a ski rack, grill, fire pit and a gas fire place. It is the perfect place for your ski vacation, golf vacation, romantic getaway or retreat. We love it and you will also.

Why they chose this property
It is in a fabulous winter/summer resort town. After skiing all day, take a break and get to know the village's shops, many fine restaurants, and cultural centers. Relax on the deck and watch the cars go by or go for a short stroll and walk the streets of downtown Ellicottville. Enjoy having a pint at the 'Gin Mill', off to 'Dina's' for dinner and then of course go dancing the night away at 'Balloons'. Experience the charm and unhurried lifestyle of Ellicottville any time of year. The area is renowned for its hiking and there are many miles of mountain bike trails.
What makes this property unique
Sleeping accommodations for 12 (4 bedrooms and 1 pull out couch with upgraded mattress), three common area rooms for socializing, large screen TV, full kitchen, large dining area, large outdoor covered deck, front covered porch and 2 newly renovated full bathrooms. A new stone gas fireplace will keep you warm and cozy. It is a lot of home to enjoy. Finished basement/game room.
