Great location!

We stayed at this property for spring break with our 8 and 10 year old. We loved the easy access and convenience to the mountain. We also took advantage of the onsite amenities like the move room and pool. Would definitely recommend this property for families.

Great location, wonderful amenities, and really nice condo - everything you could want!

Very nice condo with attention to all you could want while staying. Amenities like indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, restaurant and spa on site, ski lockers, the list goes on. This is our 3rd time staying at the Grand Lodge and would not think of going anywhere else. Owner was very informative, helpful and really put our minds at ease. Look forward to renting from him again in the future!

Excellent!!!

I rented this fabulous condo from Paul and hope to rent it again! It was well equipped, very comfortable and perfectly clean. Four of us stayed for a week and had more than enough room. The second bedroom had its own small den and kitchenette which was an added bonus. The lodge is beautiful and has so much to offer including a ski in locker room for storing your equipment. We were there for Spring Break and found the restaurants on the mountain to be pretty crowded so we started having lunch in the lodge's lobby bar. It was only accessible to owners and guests so there were no crowds. Paul had suggested that we didn't need a car and he was right. If we needed to go somewhere by car, the lodge has vans that will shuttle you to wherever you need to go. We enjoyed the restaurant in the Lodge for dinner several times. We also spent time in the spa and several of the hot tubs. Paul was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He went over and beyond to provide us with any information we may need to make our trip perfect! I highly recommend this condo for a perfect ski in/ski out experience!

We live in NW Arkansas on Beaver Lake and we're a VERY outdoor/active family that loves to Ski (Snow & Water). We luv Breckenridge and especially the Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

This is a VERY new Luxury 5 Star Resort with everything at your finger tips. Don't be fooled by other calling their 100 yd walk a Ski In/Ski Out......this IS TRUELY Ski In/Ski Out....the Independence Lift is just out the mountain side doors....AWESOME!!!

What makes this property unique

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers its guests the most luxurious amenities including multiple indoor/outdoor pools including a children’s pool, an adults only relaxation area, The Grotto and several landscape-inspired hot tubs.

In addition, the Family Fun Center features four private movie theaters that are available to reserve. Each movie theater is equipped with state of the art video technology and is operated by using a touch screen pad to select a movie or to watch Direct TV.
