The residence is located in the Mali Maj district, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec and only 400 m from Materada beach. The house is situated in a quiet location and thanks to its facilities is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All flats are partially renovated. The house has a total of 4 holiday flats with a shared plot of 1000 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 50 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining and a well-kept garden for shared use. Washing machine for shared use. This holiday flat for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house and has a living space of 51 m2 and consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen with dining table and exit to the balcony with seating and beautiful sea view. The bathroom with shower/WC is located in the hallway. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, einladend und kommunikativ. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was wir brauchten, einschließlich einer Küche, WLAN und einem Fernseher. Der Strand war nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, und mehrere Restaurants waren in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Du kannst auch Getränke und Snacks, einschließlich Bier, direkt am Strand kaufen. Einer der größten Vorteile war, dass das Gebäude maximal vier Familien beherbergte, was es friedlich und entspannend machte. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war der schöne, saubere Swimmingpool mit Liegestühlen, der den ganzen Tag über zur Verfügung stand. Meistens hatten wir den Pool für uns, daher haben wir die Privatsphäre und die ruhige Atmosphäre wirklich genossen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens jedem, der eine saubere, komfortable und ruhige Unterkunft in Kroatien sucht. Kommen gerne!
