300 m from a beautiful beach and pine forests, in a private village, at 1st of 2 floors of a small, quiet residence, balcony with view over the entire bay, cost and castle.
Private parking .
Bright studio of 24 m² (completely renovated in 2020):
- entrance with large wall cupboard,
- living room with real and good bed (foldaway) for 2 people (bed 140x195) and sofa bed (bed 140x200), dining area, television
- kitchen area with fridge-freezer, hob, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher, Senseo, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...
- bathroom with wc and walk-in shower (140x80)
At the edge of the cycle paths, 2 km from the town center with market and shopping centers, all commodations nearby
Weekly rental in july & august (saturday to saturday), otherwise minimum 2 nights
Adult tourist tax asked at arrival according to current rates
